So disappointing. I don?t have a Dunkin where I live (yet), so we enjoying going when we travel. Forgoing the continental... breakfast at the hotel, we went to this Dunkin. The pumpkin cream cold brew wasn?t good at all (it?s like it wasn?t mixedproperly? And wasn?t really pumpkin at all..), the donuts were cold and stale, the snacking bacon was like crumbs and leftoverscraps (not whole pieces of bacon), and the breakfast sandwich was thrown together and didn?t taste fresh. Awful experience... I arrived to the window to state that I had a mobile order and they were extremely rude about it. They... barely spoke to me and when I asked what they said, they snapped at me and told me to pull up to the window. As I pulled up tothe window, everything smelt really weird. After I received my food, I noticed that my coffee was made wrong and all my food wasburnt. Do not waste your time and money at this location. The past 4/5 times I?ve come to this location the guy gets my latte order wrong. Every time I order the iced specialty latte... they get it confused with an iced coffee. Every single time. No idea why Bc I clearly state 2/3 times it?s an iced specialtylatte and then they give me an iced coffee. Will not return. Waste of money Read more

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Despite the remodel they recently have undergone, their quality is still... sub-par. I usually LOVE Dunkin', and look forward to any time I can make my way to one. This one, EVERY experience I have hadhas been terrible. This last time, Coffee was old donuts were soggy and old (almost like they were yesterday's donuts). The lasttime I had gone to this location, they were sold out of almost every type of donut and it was in the late morning (before noon).Only thing they have going for them is their good customer service.... The middle eastern gentlemen working there (in the morning at 7:15 on 11/30/2022) is consistently rude to me. I work in the gym... right next to this establishment so sometimes I go over there for a quick snack and coffee. I go in, he doesn?t acknowledge thatI?m there and I ALWAYS have to wait longer than necessary to have my order taken, even when it isn?t busy. The lack of customerservice is completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Read more
