I was incredibly sad. From phone service to then store service?? No One cared as i arrived to pick up my $56.. Order. And the... pizza ???? was not correct. No customer service at all. I spent 25 years in restaurant industry. I owned 3 business. 1 wasChicago pizza.. Maybe i expect service to be pleasant to all.. I knew the quality of pizza wouldcbe par ?. I ordered a pizza for carry out and it was confirmed. But when I arrived 10 minutes before closing the Open sign was still on... and the door was locked. When I tried to get the managers attention. He looked at me, acknowledging my existence, and continuedstocking with his IPad. There were pizza boxes on the racks with labels. Hopefully one of those was not mine. I don?tnecessarily closing earlier than your posted time. But if you should the ?open? sign should been turned off. Read more

Est. delivery was 45 min. Called an hour after we placed our order because it was still in prep stage on the tracker and... employee said it will be another hour. Poor girl sounded so defeated when she told me she was the only person working, answeringthe phones, and baking the pizzas. And they only had one delivery driver too. DOMINOES, your stores are woefully understaffed,PAY your employees more and maybe they will stick around longer. In no world should there be only one employee working on aSunday evening. I rarely have any issues with the food from this location but they need to place more effort into hiring more staff. It?s... uncomfortable to walk in and receive a look and tone from the lone staff on the shift (excluding drivers) that your merepresence is a bother and makes her want to off herself. I know it?s not just me because she visibly shows frustration everytimesomeone walks through the door or a phone rings she rolls her eyes and is visibly frustrated. While a couple years ago I wouldfind this kind of service unacceptable, post pandemic I understand that service staff are under immense pressure having to workthe job of 4 people because they are understaffed. So I implore you to get this woman some backup or adjust your hours. Read more

The manager at this place need to learn a lesson in customer service. If you?re behind on orders at least give the customer a... call so they can pick it. I waited an hour just to find out my pizza wasn?t even out in the oven. Spoke to the manager no refundand then the front desk can?t tell a woman?s voice from a man?s voice. Train your people better dominoes and if you can?tfreaking deliver the pizza stop letting customers choose delivery!!! I ordered pizza at 7:24 pm tonight and I just received my order at 10:22pm.
