I was incredibly sad. From phone service to then store service?? No One cared as i arrived to pick up my $56.. Order. And the... pizza ???? was not correct. No customer service at all. I ordered a pizza for carry out and it was confirmed. But when I arrived 10 minutes before closing the Open sign was still on... and the door was locked. When I tried to get the managers attention. He looked at me, acknowledging my existence, and continuedstocking with his IPad. There were pizza boxes on the racks with labels. Hopefully one of those was not mine. Est. delivery was 45 min. Called an hour after we placed our order because it was still in prep stage on the tracker and... employee said it will be another hour. Poor girl sounded so defeated when she told me she was the only person working, answeringthe phones, and baking the pizzas. And they only had one delivery driver too. DOMINOES, your stores are woefully understaffed,PAY your employees more and maybe they will stick around longer. In no world should there be only one employee working on aSunday evening.
