Whoever Esteban (second shift) is, he specifically makes the best pizza. It's just better when he does it.
Just ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. One of the two didn?t taste fresh and was supposed to have chicken- no chicken was in the... pizza. Call the store three (3) times; each time, they hung up. Read more
Worst in store customer service. Just because of they don?t have enough employees they try to threaten customers and get anger... out on customers. They are ONLY good at NOT making order right and making customers mad. They don?t deserve even a one star! Read more
I don't like writing negative reviews but 3 strikes and you're out. I went into this Dominos location at 10:20 and tried to... order 2 pizzas and they told me they were just closing up. They advertise their Friday closing time as 1am. On 2 previousoccasions (within the last couple months) I ran into the same issue - i.e. walked in well before their posted closing time,tried to order and was told they were closing up. I assume this is a franchise owned location so maybe the owner will seenegative reviews and try to get the employees to start following posted hours. Read more
Ownership is a joke at this location. They?ve only had one delivery driver on duty for months, which causes there to always be a... 45-75 minute wait to get your pizza AFTER it?s already been cooked, resulting in the pizza looking and tasting like cardboard.Carry out is the only choice to have somewhat fresh pizza until ownership makes it a priority to hire more drivers. Don?t Order! Orders will not be delivered, charges will remain on your account. A consistent service failure trend now, a 180... difference from previous management. The manager is highly aggressive and passive aggressive defensive, leaves the employeeshigh and dry to handle issues. 3 people in-line at the store, for their deliver orders that were late over 2hrs+. Phone keptringing and nobody cared to answer, including the manager. Read more
