Open late and great, it?s often busy enough at night to be wrapped around the building, but it moves by faster than you?d think.... Excellent burgers and shakes, I frequent this place as I?m out late often. Consistently pretty fast even at night and the staffare always friendly. I wouldn?t blame them for being irritable at the late hours, but no they?re always cool and respectful.Cookout is a cornerstone of Haynes Bridge Rd, and often has a good bit of nightlife. Read more
Used to love this place. I don't have any issue with the food so much as the decor. It's been a couple of years since I've... been to this particular location, but at some point after the Covid mess started they redecorated. It used to be warm, withlacquered wooden tables and a sort of rustic feel. Now they have about half the seating, aluminum tables and it feels likeyou're eating in a high school cafeteria. Not sure who thought the new decor was a good idea. That said, the food was great,especially for the price; had no issues at all with the staff and they were very nice. Read more
In all my years coming and ordering, nobody has really taken the time to tell me how to save some money with my order. DJ did... just that. I?m rarely surprised in good ways at fast food places, but he?s awesome and gives excellent customer service. Gladthis cookout exists! Read more
Great food and price, clean restaurant. Unfortunately, there?s no one there most of the time to take your order and you have to... literally yell for them to come out. Note to manager, please install a buzzer or something so staff knows someone is waiting forservice. Read more
The entire shift on 09/25/21 @ 7:15 pm needs to be retrained and that?s just me being lenient. From the kitchen to the manager.... My order was nonchalantly taken at the drive-thru menu. Checked my order before pulling off?. Of course it?s wrong. They get madat me for pointing it out. I get that they?re young but that?s still no excuse for the poor customer service. Also, Cookout is aplace that you know you will get fresh food. They don?t maintain that at this location. Now why they put that onion on likethat? Smh. Read more
I use to go to cookout it was my favorite place to go to grab something quick the food is good but the customer service is... extremely terrible. First of all the girl that?s suppose to be in front was outside while the line for dine in piled up . Thenthe people who work in the back was getting everyone orders wrong and proceed to call the customers ignorant instead ofapologizing for the mix up. I do not personally recommend this restaurant to anyone I wouldn?t want anyone who disrespectspeople to make my food ! Read more
