The worst customer service ever I have been in there twices within the passed two weeks once with my family from out of town.I... was told we don?t give out a Sample of a particular ice cream I asked for I was actually coming in to try something new which Iwas gonna buy ice cream which I knew the cashier or the server with federal a laugh because when I go to the one in Woodstock Iget treated it with the upmost respect and how am I supposed to know what type of ice cream I want to purchase if I have my owna particular ice cream and you tell me I can?t get a sample of it second time I was in line a other lady left out the line forover 5mins to go too her car. Went last year and it was so yummy as usual. Just went again this past week with some family and feel cheated a bit. Spent $50+... For 5 people and most of us got smalls?? Also, all of our waffle cones were stale. If I?m paying a lot of ice cream, I hoped toat least enjoy all of it :( Won?t be going back any time soon.. Read more

The staff are nice, but 1 star for the price, it's way overpriced, like it (small) size is $6.99, the love it (regular) size is... $7.49? I didnt pay attention when checking out until recalculation for 8 cups but cost about $62, which is just about $40 atRoswell location, which is $4.89 for like it and $5.49 for love it size. Employees were nice but this place is wayyyyyy overpriced. Medium cup of ice cream is $7.49 plus every add on is $1.49?? Here is... a tiny scoop of M&M's for $1.49, what?? I get it, inflation is real but come on. Plus if your kid drops the cup forget aboutit, pay for another. Too expensive, there are other options that are better. Read more
I have been to this location repeatedly since 2015 and it never let me down. I have not been since Covid started but this visit... I was extremely disappointed. Never seen less enthusiastic high-school employees. The place has significantly raised prices(15.95 for a milkshake and cup of ice cream). What irritated me initially was taking my girlfriend who had never been & wantedto taste something yet there aren?t even samples? how can?t you find margins for samples in an 8.00 cup of ice cream? Service was excellent. Wasn't busy at all, but of course it is the middle of January. We were celebrating finally getting to... leave the country tomorrow. Crazy expensive ice cream. Only worth it for special occasions like when there's a n uprising backhome and you're stranded in the US for two weeks and you finally get a flight home. Read more
Good ice cream, kids were all happy. Clean and tidy, the staff were friendly(some anyway) bathroom was put of order though.
