Really fun day! Young man at the cashier absolutely friendly.
Our first time visiting. Our kids LOVED it! The workers were friendly and helpful. The games were fun. Had a card you loaded... with minutes and you could play all the games and activities you wanted til the time expired. Food was good. Will definitelyreturn soon! Read more

I want to give a huge compliment to this location and the exceptional employee, Gianna. My son and I are staying in this area... for a month while my son is undergoing a medical procedure, he is special needs. We are from Pennsylvania. Gianna is alwaysamazing, kind and caring to my son. As well as every kid! She told Chuck E. to come out and dance with the kids on dance floor,which was so much fun. It made my son's day to see Chuck in person, he loves all of the songs on YouTube. I just want to thankher for going above and beyond with kindness! Id also like to add this location is the best I've ever seen. It's large,immaculate, the food is great and employees are wonderful. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Read more

I will say I liked the tokens and tickets better. I card is horrible. If you choose the timed option, you can't swipe back to... back swipes. You have to wait until it's ready to swipe again. Also the games don't give out many tickets. Like some games,waaaaaay more than before, you don't even win any tickets. I've been coming to Chuck E Cheese since I was little and it's justnot as good anymore. That being said, the location was very clean and the employees were kind and helpful. Great experience and awesome staff! I would definitely recommend this location if you want to have a good experience with your... children. Keysha was super helpful, and took as much time as we needed to explain all the new features and procedures at Chuck ECheese. I hadn't been in 25 years so I brought cash for tokens! Our daughter enjoyed all the games, the food, and the live showswith dancing and music. There were also employees keeping the facility clean and sanitized as the children were moving from gameto game. We purchased a Summer pass which is also a great deal, so we will be back soon! The pizza was surprisingly good. Our two and four-year-olds had a blast! There are a variety of games for all ages.
