The chicken salad is really good. Just what I was craving today. Service was quick at lunchtime. However?. Not a good value... for the money right now. Portions are smaller, and a sandwich with a small drink shouldn?t cost $12+ even in this economy. Good food but they need a better system for picking up to go orders. Gets very crowded and disorganized. Waited almost an hour... for my food. Dine in customers got their orders promptly but not to go orders. It defeats the purpose of grabbing somethingquick on a limited break. Read more

Went there for the grape salad mostly and I ordered the fruity Fran which had grapes, apples and pineapple. I specially asked... the guy for the most fruity sweet option. I am not a fan of the traditional kind. Anyway I literally had 2 tiny pieces ofapples. I went up to the counter where I was talking to the manager. She turned her back so I thought she was going to get meanother scoop. Nope she just turned her back. The employee told me ?yeah it depends on the scoop!? Then why advertise all ofthose fruits if I?m not going to get them!? I would have got the cheapest plain version then! If a scoop doesn?t have all of theadvertised items then that?s their issue. I paid for that. 5 employees and no one remedied the situation. And my grape salad wasnasty. I had several grapes that were brown and mushy. Won?t go back. Plus it was dirty in there. Our first visit. We came for lunch. Staff was nice. We ordered our chicken salad on croissant bread. The flavor was bland. We... both ordered the fancy Nancy recipe. I suggest not ordering the croissant bread. It taste like store bought and not exactlyfresh. Prices were fair. If we decide to return, I?ll try the regular bread instead. I ordered the chocolate cake slice too.The picture looked heavenly. My slice Was very small And not like in the picture. Average taste. So don?t expect to get a decentportion of you order it. What an incredible experience at my first Chicken Salad Chick. I have never been to a place with such attentive employees. The... food is made fresh every day and has generous portions for the cost. With a simple menu, you don't have to worry about what youorder because it's all very good. Meals come with delicious butter creme cookies and a generous side. I will definitely stopagain when I find other Chicken Salad Chicks. Read more
