Bad customer service, like very bad. They messed up my order last time I was there. It seems to be the trend with this location... as bunch of other one other star reviews shows. Last time I got take out, they did not include a fruit bowl cup. I found outwhen I got to my office and said not a big deal, mistakes happen, next time I am there I will ask for it. I went this morningaround 745 am to get breakfast for my team. After placing my order I told the cashier about it and she asked her supervisor. Hewas rude saying I am not going to give away free food and later on telling me if you install the app on your phone I will sendyou coupons. Mind you I just ordered $55 worth of food so I could spend $3 more to get the fruit cup of I wanted to. I am notasking for free food , I'm asking for what I paid for and you messed up. He said his name is Brad when I asked . I am not surethat's his correct name but if anybody in charge at Chik Fil A cares, they can figure out who was the supervisor on shift thismorning. I think this man needs training to understand customer service. Not a good way to run a business that cares about theircustomers. I will continue to buy Chik Fil A but not this location. Read more
I stopped on Friday evening to take home dinner. Among other things, I had asked and paid for 2 kale side salads. When I opened... my order, I had only 1 kale side salad and the container was halfway empty plus the content looked not fresh at all. I ended upnot eating any of salad. The rest of the order was truly not prepared/packaged based on Chick-fil-A standards. This is the thirdtime, that my order was filled incorrectly and the customer service not supportive. Don?t believe the hype. This place has gone down hill, but the prices haven?t. The fries are always gross and the cartons... they?re in are half filled. The picture I?ve included is a large and no one had eaten any and there weren?t any that spilled inthe bag. Items are often missing from the bag. We?re supposed to have one avocado lime and one apple cider vinaigrette. Wereceived two avocado lime. We?ve had to call and drive back on several occasions because the order wasn?t right. There?s a girlworking in the ?receipt booth? (not sure what it?s called) or what her job is. The last two time I was there and drove by her,she didn?t look up because she?s in her phone. Read more

Haven't been to Chik Fil A in a very long time. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and a sweet tea.... The chicken itself was great and the lettuce and tomatoes were pretty fresh, but the bun was stale and was crumbling as I ate.In addition, the sweet tea must have been sitting awhile because there was barely a trace if ice and it was nearly roomtemperature.
