I saw the employees laughing at the back of the store (at the parking) , I went to the drive-thru and after waiting like 2 mins... one of the employees told me that no one could take my order because there were short of staff. Really? I clearly saw like 4employees outside talking and laughing . Terrible management do not come to this place. Their goal is to sell food and theydon?t even want to work. Read more
The place is clean. The reason for the 2 star is that there is always a wait to order and then to actually get your food.... Everytime I go in people are always complaining to each other about the wait times. Read more
Went through the drive thru and was asked to move to a spot and wait for the food. They forgot about us. 30 mins later when I... went in, they had totally forgotten about the order and deleted out of their screen. When I said I waited more than 25 mins formy food, the kids working were rude. The kid manager even said ?it?s not a big deal you waited a half hour?. Been going here fora over a year and never dealt with such bad service. Stay clear if you can. Read more
These guys have messed up our orders a few times over the past few years. Decided to give them another chance late at night... 10min before they are meant to close but was told they are no longer taking orders. If you close at 11pm then you should be ableto take an order at 10:49 otherwise just say you close at 10:49 Read more
They took 8 drive through orders and 10 online orders, then took my walk-in order. I stood there 20 mins before answered. And... another 20 mins until received my food. Is BK still fast food ? Ultimately messed my order, missed a burger. Probably worstexperience of the year. Read more
I wish I didn?t have to add a star to write this review. I ordered online with the last $5 I had for two whopper jr?s and two... small fries. When I got to this location, I was told they were out of small buns but would give us two regular whoppers instead.But then, a black woman cut that person off who was offering an alternative, to say to me they cannot do anything and won?toffer an alternative. That I had to figure out how to get my money back. Extremely unprofessional and showed no empathy. It is9:32pm and we just wanted to eat a dinner. I will NOT be back!! Read more
Classic Whopper! Newly renovated store with fast friendly service. The kids' play area is huge with provides ample space to burn... off some energy and build an appetite for the young ones. Easy to get in and out of this store since the street and parking lotisn't too busy. Edit: The last few times they have been really slow here. Took literally 20 min to get my meal after placing myorder. Meanwhile cars were just sitting around the drive through. Maybe they don't care about their dine in customers.. Foodwas as expected and Whopper still my fave. Read more
Worst Burger King ever. At 8:15 they're closed three days out of the week, claiming their system is down. Ratchet ghetto workers... that are rude., Including manager. This place will not be open long. You have took much competition surrounding you, to have layworkers that don't want to work.
