Disgusting, cold, forgot items, completely missed order notes and piled my breakfast eggs with condiments which I even wrote and... called in to specify I wanted everything on side and not all mixed in to mock vomit ???????? wasted my $32. Read more

This place used to be great?it was my favorite local bagel place for a while. In the last 6 months or so there's been a pretty... steep decline though, and now it's meh. The bagels look like they were sliced by a monkey, the dough is totally average, andthey have like 1/3 the amount of toppings of a regular bagel. But hey, at least the line is shorter now. Read more

The bagels here are a 5, but the location is poorly managed. I?ve been going here for 10 years and the past few years have seen... a decline. There?s one giant line to order. Then a mob of people waiting for their orders. Everyone is crowded around the coffeeso they can hear their number called. The staff is really nice but just kids and no supervision and no adults in sight. Theowner used to be nice and be running around but they opened a new location and I guess don?t have a manager here. I went at 11amSunday and it was super busy. After waiting 20 minutes in line it took 12 minutes from credit card swipe to a dozen bagels putinto a paper bag. This place would never actually survive in Brooklyn because the service. That being said their bagels arereally good and I?ll just come by first thing in the morning. Alpharetta needs more good bagel places. Read more

I'm from Brooklyn and this is as close to being home as I have found down here. A lot of places claim to be as good or better... than New York but they live up to the hype. The bagels are good and always fresh and there plenty to choose from. The creamcheese spreads are so good. However you are craving it, they probably already have it, if not I'm sure they will cook it up. Thewait staff is very nice. Read more

A longtime hometown favorite. Bagels are nice and soft. Bakery items are available for purchase and taste authentic and fresh.... Indoor/outdoor seating available. Service is very slow. Coffee is better next door at Starbucks and you will see most people getcoffee at Starbucks and food at Brooklyn Bagel. Paid $22 for 2 breakfast sandwiches (bacon, egg and cheese) and a loaf ofcinnamon babka. Pick up a sandwich and head to the pack across the street! Read more

UPDATE: I had to bring it back to the store, but the manager was able to remake the sandwich correctly. I let her know my... frustration behind being a loyal customer & seeing service dissolve. My boyfriend & I used to go here a lot. Recently, it?s gonedown hill dramatically. I understand that most establishments are short staffed & may have to wait a little longer, etc becauseof this. But your quality of food should not decrease. It seems there?s always young kids rushing orders out that used to beamazing bakery items. Read more

It's a nice breakfast, brunch place. Really busy on the weekend. Has outdoor seating as well now with a shelter and got a buzzer... system instead of waiting in line. The jalapeño Bagel I tried is good than the sesame Bagel which is a little bit crunchier.Coffee is just OK. No alcoholic drinks served. Would recommend to try it out. Read more
