Went in this morning and got two bagels, toasted with butter and cream cheese to go. Got home. No butter at all and if there... was a 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese on each bagel I would be surprised. Had to pull out our own just to be able to taste itat all. Thank goodness we had some at home, but will never again pay that much for cream cheese and not check it before Ileave. Assuming I go back to this bagel place. Read more

I ordered a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese. The size of bagel is nice but no blueberry taste or pieces in it... whatsoever. It?s colored purple but tastes just like a plain bagel. The cream cheese was an extremely thin spread. For $3.50 Iwould expect to be getting something worth my money. Not impressed. Read more

Don?t waste your money. The prices are high. $16 for a sandwich and smoothie?. Why? Wasn?t even good? smoothie wasn?t mostly... syrup and flavor no fresh fruits or juices. This place is a poor excuse for a bagel shop. No matter what day or time they are always out of onion bagels. The most popular... bagel. You can go there at 8 A.M on. Monday as well as Saturday and Sunday and they are out. Today the girl said they just don?tmake enough and they know it. It?s my fault for ordering on line at the wrong location of Bagel Boys(who I love), but it just seems like there could have been... a better solution than telling me ?nothing we can do, you have to go to the other Bagel Boy?, as I am standing at the counter ofthe one on Kimball Bridge. Oh well, I will go elsewhere for my breakfast sandwich. By the way, when I tried calling the BagelBoys on Haynes Bridge where I mistakenly ordered, they can?t answer the phone so I can cancel my order. Very disappointed today.Thank you and sorry about my rant. After calling Six times over the course of a week, and leaving a message, someone at bagelboys on Haynes Bridge did refund my order since I never picked it up. Read more
