Stop for late lunch, had a coupon for two (2) Classic Roast Beef sandwiches for $5.00 (use to be only $4.00, but Covid-19 makes... profits lower!), Also ordered their Curley Fries, a Soft drink, and a Cherry Turnover. When my order was ready, picked up mytray and found a table. When I first took a bite I realized something was wrong. The Roast Beef sandwich was dripping with thatold melted Cheese (like Cheese Whiz) which I NEVER do, mainly because I have a beard and melted Cheese and beards don't mixwell. Gathered my two sandwiches and took them back to the counter, whereas an older lady started blaming the front countertrainee, who only pressed a button on the register that correlated to the coupon code. The price was the same (I assume), andafter a few minutes, got my right sandwiches, went back to my table to cold Curley Fries. Oh, and the Sprite dispenser wasspewing out Sprite with very little Sprite Mix, was mostly tasting of Carbonated Water, with very little Sprite Mix. Read more
Today was one of the best experiences I've EVER had at a drive through. The gentleman taking our order was SUPER friendly and... patient. At age 51, I remember the original Arby's. And, quite frankly, Arby's didn't innovate and their stores got old and I had not... been to an Arby's in more than 30 years. Until recently, I watched all of the commercials about the new Arby's but justcouldn't get past the old memory enough to want to go try them out again. Well, about 8 months ago, I finally decided to stopat an Arby's and order a Traditional Greek Gyro Combo. It was excellent. Furthermore, I noticed how much pride the Arby'semployees seemed to take in assembling the sandwich and wrapping it carefully etc. It was artisan-like. Since then, I'veprobably eaten at an Arby's at least once per month if not more often than that. And every time I go, the food quality isexcellent and prepared well and with care and the customer service is excellent. The primary location I go to is on WindwardPkwy by Walmart and these guys are the best. Honestly, for the variety and quality of Arby's menu coupled with very reasonableprices, I think Arby's is my new favorite fast food restaurant. I can't wait to try more of their sandwiches. If you haven'tbeen to Arby's in a long time, you really owe it to yourself to go. You won't be disappointed. Read more
This particular restaurant was fine... the drive thru service was fast, friendly, and accurate. My only concern was that the... curly fries were bitter. Very bitter. Not sure what was up with that, bit I've never experienced that with Arby's curly friesbefore. It was really off-putting. Read more
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic still going on, we could only take our food to go. Although there were only a couple of... employees running the restaurant, we did not wait too long to receive our food. And when we tasted our food, we were notdisappointed - the chicken sandwiches were cooked very well, but the curly fries could have been hotter. The employees werepolite and friendly and thanked us for stopping by. We will visit this restaurant again, in the future. Read more
Food is good and most of the staff is nice. I am only giving 2 stars bc the lady prepping the food had a mask on, but her nose... was 100% out! I?m so sick of people(especially those who make my food) not following instructions! Management(I actually thinkshe was a manager too), please do better and enforce the rules!!!! Read more
