Out of stock on many choices of buns and toppings. Limited me and had to make choices that were not my first choice.

Not a fan of the new "fancy" schmancy sandwich selections, especially since they are considerably more expensive with virtually... the same ingredients. My spicy Italian sandwich choice was good enough, but not interested in anything else on this new menu. Read more

I ordered an All American club sandwich off of the app. When I picked up the sandwich and got it un wrapped it didn't have any... ham on it. This has happened multiple times that if I'm not there to physically watch them make it it doesn't get made right. Read more

I can't imagine what catastrophe could have caused you to close your store at the lunch hour. Counted on you being open and... spent what little time I had for lunch driving there. Neon open sign on the back was on, but handwritten note on the door in thefront said closed for 1 hour. I realize that certain things are unavoidable, and it's your business and you can do what youwant, but I will never count on you again when time is of the essence. Perhaps someday when I have all day to wait for you toopen I might be back, but never again on a short lunch. Read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We did a mobile order for pick up to take to a tball game. We had someone... else pick up and bring it to us. Out of everything we ordered, there was ONE sandwich that was made correctly (even though noneof the "special instructions" were followed). We were also missing 4 items. I called the store multiple times and no one everpicks up. I finally filled out a form on the subway website and got an email from the owner, Lawrence. He gave me a specific dayand before a specific time that I could come in and they could fix it for me. This was a very inconvenient time. Before dinner,before we get off work, before my kids are done with extracurricular activities etc. I emailed back and said that that wouldn'twork for us. I never got a response. I gave him 10 days to respond. Nothing. I emailed again hoping it was just missed and notignored. Again, nothing. At this point I paid for multiple missing items AND for items that were totally incorrectly made andthe owner is choosing to ignore me instead of fix it. Never going back to this location. Read more

Not the best location to visit for your sub. Waited in line today over 20min, there were only two customers in front of... us. Management needs to spend time on training new employees, our sandwich had barely any meat and it took them another 15minto make 2 foot longs. Horrible experience, Read more

Disappointed. Ordered a no bready bowl meatballs, extra sauce, lettuce olives, provolone and paid extra for fresh mozzerella. It... was lukewarm(picked up at scheduled time) had zero cheese, including no cheese I paid extra for. Also it guarantees 8 wholemeatballs. I got 4 whole and 1 cut in 3rds. Read more

Subway is Sunway. You know what you're getting when you walk in the door. No one has ever gone to a Subway and said "Huh? I... don't think I know what they make here." The do Sandwiches decent enough. Staff here are always friendly. The drive through ishit or miss if it's open. Read more
