I?ve been to this Popeyes a few times, I order online and they always ask me to go inside to pick up when I specifically asked... to pick up through drive thru (mind you there?s no other cars behind me).After waiting in my car 10 min I go inside and check myorder and they STILL didn?t have it ready (not surprised not the first time) as soon as I was helped they asked me for my nameof order THEN they started to work on it. Had to wait longer. I get my order and realized I didn?t get the free sandwich fromapp deals. I get off and the guy In the front wasn?t rude,tried his best and he asked for managers help, I?m Hispanic and Iunderstood really clear what his manager said in Spanish. What he said was rude and surprising coming from management.it wasuntil the store manager walked in and handled my order confusion correctly. Person managing the team need to be careful withwhat he says in Spanish BECAUSE WE CAN HEAR AND UNDERSTAND.please take care of that. Read more

I came here to order my lunch but the girl serving, had her hair in a braid and had it in front of her instead of in a hair net.... The braid got in to 2 different orders she was preparing before I just walked out instead. She was also touching the cookedchicken with her bare hands. The food was very tasty and the staff were very nice but the drive-thru service was terrible. I struggled to understand the... woman working the intercom and she was unable to put my order on the screen so I couldn't be sure what I was ordering. She firstsaid my order was over $30 but then corrected the total after a guy came onto the intercom. And she never gave me a receipt. Ilove Popeye's food but it's really important that the person taking the orders at the drive-thru have strong communicationskills. Read more

Tried to place an order in store for take out and they tried to over charge us for the order. When we disputed the order total,... we were told by the cashier that it was not "not her problem". We ordered 4 sandwich meals at 8.49 with one meal having a .50add on, which should have come out to 34.46. The total shown was 42.95. It seemed clear to us that they had added an extrameal to the cost, but they insisted it was correct. Despite our attempts to sort the situation out they refused to correct theissue which led to us walking out. This was not the first time we had encountered an incorrect charge at this location which iswhy we paid attention in the first place and disputed the charge. Paper Pies! Its been awhile since we ate paper! NOT COOL!! My wife ate your lazy paper pie and yes, it was seasoned and deep... fried with the wrapping on. Gross. lazy, the usual. The service workers were pretty curt but I don't blame anyone for acting so in a service job, those places of joyless... experiences to work in. I just ordered one sandwich and I got it in a reasonable amount of time. My main problem was the tasteof the sandwich itself. I had heard from many others that it was just as good or even better than Chick-fil-A so I wanted to seewhat it was like and it was pretty mediocre. It was more crispy but the chicken was practically flavorless. Like it had justbeen thrown into a bland batter and fried. Pretty disappointing, also it's pretty lame that their spicy sandwich is only a spicymayo, unlike Chick-fil-A's in which the breading itself is spicy. It's fine. But I wouldn't go back here myself. That's my tiny hand ... I wear a size 4.5 ring ... holding a chicken tender ... I've had McDonald's nuggets bigger than... this. Jack-a at the drive through wouldn't give us 4 waters even though we ordered a 5 people family meal. The mac and cheeselooked like soup ... they made it wrong and refused to remake it ... so we didn't get the sides we paid for. I've been to manypopeyes in my day and this by far is the worst ... skip this dump and go to the one on Regatta lane. Read more
