Went to try the new vegan burger and it wasn?t ready, but the workers were so great. They replaced the new patty for the old... patty but used the new cheese and sauce. My family?s favorite burger place in the Portland area. They have the best burgers around. The special spread is one of a kind.... You can get the spread in cups so you can dip your fries in it. It?s that good! You can also buy the spread in jars. I buy thejars and mail back East to family that no longer live in the Portland so they can buy burgers plain at restaurants and put thisspread on those burgers. The shakes are made with real ice cream. They use Tillamook cheese. This is a must go to place whetheryou live in the Portland/Vancouver area or just visiting. So I went inside and ordered food to go. I had been waiting about 25 minutes and my food still was not ready. I asked to talk... to a manager and the shift leader Dakota was extremely rude and kept saying she can give me my refund. I told her i had beenwaiting so long for my food and I need to feed the kids just wanted my food. Also there were a few employees playing aroundtaking each others hats exc.
