I love biggbys vibes and coffee. And so I decided to apply there back in May. I put in my information and decided to call the... store a few weeks later since no one had responded and I didn't know if they were even hiring. The first time I called a womananswered the phone. I asked if they were hiring, she said she didn't know and that she can give the manager my number so thatshe calls me back. She never called me back. It is now August. For 4 months I would check in every so often and it would be thesame cycle. I call, young girl answers and she's not the manager or someone higher up, she tells me she either doesn't know ifthey are hiring or they are going through a hiring/firing process she knows not much about, then I get promised that my numberwill go to the manager and I never get a call back. I just want the extra 2 bucks an hour man, why should it take 4 months foran interview? And I really liked this business too. Very disappointed. Read more
A week ago I went to biggby coffee and ordered a Large Teddy Bear before hitting the expressway and heading downstate for... Business. Soon after I called them because my coffee tasted burnt and had grounds in it :(. I was told a manager would call meto make this right so I waited and waited no call. I had to stop at the next closest coffee shop in Lansing at Dunkin just toget a good coffee!! And still no word from the manager in Alma :(. Read more

The service there is spectacular! The staff has everything put together and they can take multiple orders at once with a nice... time to give you your coffee/drink/food. And not to mention there is a variety of food and drinks there. I would recommend goinghere. They also have a points card if you go there often. Read more
The barista was super helpful when ordering the drinks, letting us know about the specials when my.mom and I were consulting one... another on what to get. That helped us a lot and put us in a good mood. The store was very clean and well maintained and we werecomfortable for our time there. Read more
