Food hot & orders correct. Drive thru quick
August 7, 2022, 2:45pm. Went through the drive through. The female worker was very kind, but my food was just bad, really bad. I... ordered chicken sandwich combo. The fries and the sandwich tasted like they were cooked in very old stale oil. Just bad, so badthat I just had to throw them all away just after a few sample bites. Meat was very tough and the bread was old also. I justcouldn?t bare the bad taste. Wasted $9 on a meal that was uneatable. Only thing I could consume was the Pepsi. Won?t bereturning. Read more
Ordered 2 lg Mac & cheese 2 lg mashed potatoes & gravy and 8 biscuits went through the drive thru twice first time I was told I... had to wait 4 minutes for Mac& cheese pull back around no problem right? I came through the drive-thru at KFC in Alma Georgia. I ordered a pot pie a five piece chicken tender with coleslaw and a... 5-piece whole wing with a biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy which was the number five on the menu. When I got home tonahunta Georgia. Everything that I ordered for everyone else was okay except I got a five piece spicy individual wings that Icould not eat they were too hot and it wasn't the whole wings it was just pieces of wings. And by the time I got home it was8:30 I went through the drive-thru about 5:30 and I was not driving all the way back to Alma Georgia to replace my order so myadvice to you is when you order through the drive-thru at KFC and Alma Georgia you check your boxes and your meals before youleave because they will mess up on an order and a heartbeat I would give this more than one star if they done better I wouldn'thave even gave them one star if there was any other way to leave a review. Drive thru; First I asked for extra Crispy but the woman said they didn't have any ready so I said I would wait. Then she said... it would be 14 minutes or longer so I decided to get original recipe. Then she wouldn't let me finish telling her what I wantedwithout asking many questions. For the life of me I don't understand why I can't just say what I want without being interrupted15 times. If the person at the window would just let me tell them everything I want without interrupting, the order would go alot smoother and faster. Read more
