Customer service is very below average. They’re so rude and I don’t get how they’re still in business. And if your service... is no good, at least have good food. Couldn’t even get that. Worst experience ever! Took over an hour for a pizza to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold, not warm... COLD. I... called to let them know my disappointment, and was shocked at the so-called managers re sponsor to me. He told me he couldn'tdo anything for me, when all I actually wanted was an apology, and then he accused me of being drunk! My God, in a time of apandemic when businesses are struggling, they really think it's ok to speak to anyone like this!?? The lying manager told me totake it up with my bank for reimbursement and to go elsewhere. After working a 10 hour shift, I just wanted to enjoy dinner,but instead was berated and belittled for complaining. People, take HIS advice and GO ELSEWHERE! Decided to roll the dice on the pizza from these guys even though some of the reviews were pretty tough. I was just hoping for... “okay” but the pizza was actually DAMN good. The dough is nice and thick with a little crisp, a little bit of a Sicilianstyle almost? It manages to have a nice buttery flavor without being oily at all. And they really loaded up the toppings on bothof the ones I ordered (Greek and buffalo chicken). And the guys there are always so so nice. I love having this place nearby. Read more
Had low expectations but my Greek pizza was good and it was ready quickly.
