It was 11:30 and Ubereats/DoorDash Haven at this place. They only had ONE kiosk open and half of the dining area open. I see why... there was no ACTUAL customers in there because they only care about online orders around that time. The do move quickly and getyou out of there though. We ordered on the app before closing time at 1:45AM to be exact before 2:30, and a man that didn?t even seem to work there did... not let us in. A guy named Edwin came over and I showed him my order number and he said to call McDonalds to get my money back.Overall, it was horrible customer service and they seemed not to care at all about my order. I hate this place. Months without a shake/frappe machine working (supposedly). Spoke with McDonald?s franchise and they had to... speak with the owner of the restaurant. The owner said they would fix it. Here we are, 6 months later. They straight up justdon?t serve Frappuccinos by choice because they?re lazy. If you order it on your phone, when you get to the restaurant they?regoing to laugh in your face like they did to me. They will never fix the machine, so all flurries/frappes can?t be served. It?sliterally false advertising to sell product that you cannot serve. Not to mention the servers here serve the worst quality McDfood I have ever seen in my entire life. Read more
