Do not use the drive thru. This has to be the slowest ?fast food? restaurant in all of Ontario. Every time I go, no matter the... time it seems, I?m waiting over 10 minutes before one car moves. If there?s more than one car, avoid and just go insidelol. That being said the workers always seem nice and the food is good. I haven?t had an issue of the wrong food, yet. Read more

Amazing customer service. I waited in a long drive thru line and my order was messed up. When I asked for a manager he was very... kind and fixed it for me immediately. I asked for his name and he told me it was Justin. Amazing! Will definitely be going back. Read more

Took my daughter here today went through the drive-thru..1st the girl who took my order was rude in her speaking while taking... the order. 2nd the boy who was the cashier clearly doesn't know how to handle cash...the order was $16, I gave him $20...he gaveme back over $15....umm ??????????????? ok...thanks! Honestly to the employer of this location, please train your very young,rude staff or kids properly ???? customer service does matter! Ordered an Asiago spicy chicken with extra cheese and no tomatoes. I drive all the way back to Tottenham and once I open my... chicken sandwich, I see far from what I ordered, I don't even want it and I really don't want to drive back up to Alliston. Youneed to start getting your orders right. I have been running around all day, haven't eaten, finally went by this drive throughand you screw up the order. It's not that hard.
