Went to Montana's last night and had an interesting experience. The food was delightful (deep fried pickles were average but the... shrimp were phenomenal!) but the service needed a lot of work. Our server forgot to bring out items and mixed up our sides. Theymade the payment transaction very uncomfortable by asking how much change we wanted right in front of us (leaving us to figureout her tip on the spot rather than taking our payment and bringing change back to the table). Please review training procedureswith front of house staff for more pleasant interactions. Read more
Nick was, hands down, the best server I've ever had. Not only was Nick super friendly and always delivered his service with a... smile, he was always super respectful, came to our table often to check up on us, always made sure we had water in cups anddrinks in hand, and was super accommodating to ensure me and my friends had a great time. Food was also great! 10/10, will bevisiting again simply because of Nick! Read more

We have been to Montana?s many times and this was the first time we didn?t leave disappointed. It was mainly due to our... wonderful waitress Kristine. She was so attentive, fast, and friendly. She really knows how to make you feel welcome andappreciated at the restaurant. The food was delicious. She went out of her way to accommodate me when I asked for a change to amenu item. Amazing service! Food was fresh and very flavorful. They have so many good items in their menu, we just order a few of... everything to share.
