What you see is what you get. Fast food of varied quality. Today I had a most overpriced breakfast that included the world's... most thinly sliced bacon imaginable. When I was much younger in the 60's and 70's...going to A&W was truly a big deal. Beingserved at your car, root beat in glass jugs...the change machines on the lady servers...even the Root Bear.. It is simply a paleand lifeless version of what it once was. We were staying at a nearby hotel so we had breakfast here two days in a row. The food was fine, but like another reviewer... mentioned be careful they don't try to short you on the food. Two days in a row they seemingly tried to avoid giving ushashbrowns and then when I asked where they were a worker tried to get me to pay (2$ each) even though they were supposed tohave come with it. I Do not recommend this A&W location. It is located in a good spot from where I work, so ive been multiple times. 9/10 times... the burgers are made with no care. For 15$ the burger patty and toppings should come served on the bun, and with at least lukewarm fries. Spend your money else where. Read more
Check your order. This place will always try to get away without giving you the entire order. Half portion everywhere. Half... fries. This cost me over 10 dollars can you toast the bread and cook my egg properly at least? Is that mayo or butter? I asked for... overmedium the egg yolk is solid. When I called the store they wouldn't even offer to replace it initially, they will howevercomp me a lesser value breakfast because they "cooked it right".
