Rating this as a 1 star given the attitude I received from the server Nancy who worked on 9/4/22 in the morning. First she... charged for the incorrect sandwich. Then delivered in correct sandwich with attitude. When asked about charging for potatoeswhen they state they come with the meal she withdrew 2$ out of the cash register and threw them at me with disgust. We thenproceeded to ask if her manager was available to discuss this poor excuse for customer service and experience and were greetedwith ?no he?s not he?ll be in at 0930?. Seeing as how we?ll be we?ll on our way to vacation and don?t want to be bothered todiscuss her poor attitude again here?s a review. Advise: go to the dunkin located a few steps away, line might be longer butthey have proper service. Read more
Aug 2022 update: much better experience when the kitchen is open. Good food and fair pricing. Old review: Kitchen closed when... we tried to eat here. Dunkins and the wonky food vending machines are your options. Smh. Read more
When I first arrived at the airport the restaurant was pretty packed so I waited about an hour for the crowd to die down. There... were a few people at the bar and two guests at tables. There was a sign stating that you needed to wait to be seated. I waitedaround 5 mins and no one came by. Finally I saw a staff member who was planning on walking right past me,stopped her, and askedif I should seat myself. She said they were short staffed and asked if I could come back in 10 minutes. I completely understoodand decided to come back in 40 minutes so they had time to clean the tables, wait on the other guests etc. When I came againthere were the same number of guests and no one greeted me. I was here on a very quiet Tuesday evening. There was only one server and they were pretty busy at the bar, but took my order... quickly. I had a turkey club and it was better than getting something from a vending machine. Read more
Serious management or ownership issues. Understaffed during dinner hour in a period where flights are constantly delayed and... there?s literally no where else to eat. Had a whole section shut down with a line out the door. Kudos to the staff, who wereamazing while dealing with such a poorly managed food place. Read more
Ok real talk..Been here a few times and each was not great. Giving one star is probably giving this place some credit. This... specific visit: 1. Ordered drinks and the soda was completely flat. They said there was a problem with the CO2 no big deal. 2.Ordered a water. This was the strangest tasting water I've ever had. It wasn't quite like water but more like a flat almostcarbonated water but not. And an odd non water like flavor. 3. Always understaffed during busy times. 4. Food is meh at best. I mean it's clearly frozen stuff but at least an effort would be nice. When we asked about the water the staff said that yesthey were told about an issue with the water and it had something to do with the CO2??? Not sure what CO2 has to do with waterbut needless to say there was no CO2 and no water. Overall the food is mediocre at best although the service is decent. If youhave a chance to eat before the airport you'd probably do yourself a favor and do that. Read more
I really can't rate any higher as I never had the chance to even try their food or rest of service. I feel bad there was only... one waitress and one bartender for a full bar and restaurant on the day before Thanksgiving, one of the busiest travel days. Ihad to wait several minutes to be seated first as they only were using half the available tables in the restaurant. It couldn'thave been a covid thing as they offered me to sit at the bar, but the bar was packed with people shoulder to shoulder and didn'tseem safe. Once seated, I waited almost half an hour to order a drink, but gave up and left to order something from the vendingmachine when the waitress never came back. Table next to me sat at the same time and did order drinks, but those drinks tookover 20 minutes to arrive, so I knew the wait wasn't worth it. Food menu seemed uninspired anyway. Read more
Bar tender was very attentive and fun to talk to. Food was as expected for an airport spot.
