Rating this as a 1 star given the attitude I received from the server Nancy who worked on 9/4/22 in the morning. First she... charged for the incorrect sandwich. Then delivered in correct sandwich with attitude. When asked about charging for potatoeswhen they state they come with the meal she withdrew 2$ out of the cash register and threw them at me with disgust. We thenproceeded to ask if her manager was available to discuss this poor excuse for customer service and experience and were greetedwith ?no he?s not he?ll be in at 0930?. Seeing as how we?ll be we?ll on our way to vacation and don?t want to be bothered todiscuss her poor attitude again here?s a review. Advise: go to the dunkin located a few steps away, line might be longer butthey have proper service. Read more
Aug 2022 update: much better experience when the kitchen is open. Good food and fair pricing. Old review: Kitchen closed when... we tried to eat here. Dunkins and the wonky food vending machines are your options. Smh. Read more
When I first arrived at the airport the restaurant was pretty packed so I waited about an hour for the crowd to die down. There... were a few people at the bar and two guests at tables. There was a sign stating that you needed to wait to be seated. I waitedaround 5 mins and no one came by. Finally I saw a staff member who was planning on walking right past me,stopped her, and askedif I should seat myself. She said they were short staffed and asked if I could come back in 10 minutes. I completely understoodand decided to come back in 40 minutes so they had time to clean the tables, wait on the other guests etc. When I came againthere were the same number of guests and no one greeted me. I decided to go to Dunkin? instead. I assume I would?ve got similarservice if I was ever seated. Read more
I was here on a very quiet Tuesday evening. There was only one server and they were pretty busy at the bar, but took my order... quickly. I had a turkey club and it was better than getting something from a vending machine. Read more
