Amazing how the food and service shifts drastically from one location to the next. I gladly travel farther for better customer... service and food quality. Whether ordering in person or online, the Tilghman location is always on point; your order is correct,prepared neatly, the right temperature and tastes fresh. My closer Chipotle; not so much. I suspect that better management and amore balanced employee workload may be key factors. Anywho kudos Tilghman Chipotle! Ya'll rock! Read more

I have grub here numerous times. Each and Everytime my order is missing entire entrees the burrito bowl is always made with the... wrong rice. This isn't that hard to read a piece of paper. I worked in service industry my whole life yes things happened buteverytime is not ok. Read more
This store used to be clean and great, but it's been constantly getting worse. Overflowing trash cans, food all over the tables,... sanitizer buckets full of brown water, etc. I've never had trouble getting white rice without cilantro at any Chipotle storeever, but they refused this time. I get how difficult it is to run a restaurant right now, but plenty of people do it wellenough to at least he sanitary. Read more
Do not eat here the establishments is dirty! Two people working and the girl in the front can careless about your food! I ate... raw chicken and the following day I woke up to aches and pain throwing up continuously and diarrhea it did not look clean foodeverywhere they even tried giving me old food that was sitting out for who know how long like your best bet is to make your ownat your house don?t say I did not warn you! Needs new manager and staff. 9 people there all on their phone and dining room a warzone. Even the grillcooks had phone in one... hand while on the grill. It's like they take no pride in their location or jobs. Read more
The staff drenched my burrito bowl in straight sauce so it was just sauce rice. No trash cans were placed out. There was no... toilet paper in the gross bathroom. The soda machines didn't even have ice. It's nice having an electric car charger next tothis location but just skip this Chipotle. Read more
