Delicious as always! Never a wait for seating. I had the Misto Di Mare (Clams, Mussels, Shrimp and Calamari over Linguini in a... Fra Diavolo sauce) and it was amazing. So much seafood! I also love the Pasta Fagioli--the best in the area. Can't wait to goback! Read more
Austin was our server and he was very friendly and tentative! ALL staff was a delight and was a very well oiled machine! From... the minute you walk in you are greeted and well taken care of. Our family has been eating here for years, because it?s just so dang good! Italian food done right. Their Tri-Color tortellini... is off the charts good (mushrooms, prosciutto, and asparagus in a creamy parmigiana cheese sauce) and you can?t go wrong withany of their pizzas. This past trip I got a slice of the Loco White Pizza which has French fries, chicken fingers, mozzarellasticks, and Buffalo sauce on it. Gotta love NJ pizza! Read more
I normally don?t do these, but i had to! La piazza is amazing. First of all, the guy at the counter is always so kind and... friendly. Secondly, their food is just always great. I work on Main Street so i go often for pizza and salad. I decided to trythe pasta e fagiolio today and when i tell you it is now my favorite! I?m 100% Italian so i have had this many many times. The staff is always friendly every time we come here to eat. Today I wasn't as impressed as I usually am. First, there were... cobwebs all over the window and blind next to our booth. We ordered the Nino Brooklyn pizza and some other items. The menu saidit was a new item with scallions on it. At most places this type of pizza takes 45-55 minutes to bake, so I was surprised whenour server said 20 minutes. This pizza is supposed to be really thin and super crispy. This one wasn't. It was on the thickerside and had way too much sauce on it, which made the dough so soggy. I couldn't even pick it up to eat it. I had to use a knifeand fork. The scallions seemed to be mixed in with the sauce, but were few and far between. I assumed they would have beensprinkled all over the top. I didn't think it needed scallions and fresh basil. All I tasted was the basil. I wouldn't order itagain. Read more
Great place to visit for some good Italian cuisine. Wide range of pastas, pizza, soups and salads are available. Staff is... friendly and service is above average. The ambience is amazing and sets the mood for the evening. Read more
As always the food never disappoints. We had a fabulous five course meal. The servers were polite and courteous. The vodka... rigatoni, chicken parm, Italian green beans and dessert were all fantastic. It made for a wonderful family gathering. Read more
