This place has really gone downhill. Had a group for a party. Prearranged the food but they still messed it up. The first pizzas... that came out were wrong, burnt and/or tasted almost rancid. Complained and they made a decent one. Took forever to get drinks. Our waitress was covering too many tables but didn't write anything down so had to ask repeatedly who ordered which drinks.Automatic 20% tip so I don't think anyone really cared. Even when we asked for boxes they said they could only give out smallones per the manager. General rudeness and cheapness all around. There are far better experiences downriver. Read more

I've been coming here for about 3 years. Last night I was very disappointed in the establishment. My boyfriend and I were... greeted and sat in a booth. I went to the restroom and it was a mess. Trash over flowing in all the stalls. The countertop haddried water stains and soap all over it. I tried to ignore that.Ordered a drink and it was nasty so I asked could it be takenoff the bill the waitress who was very pleasant said they don't allow take offs of items any more and she apologized. I laughedand said that's interesting. She said it's a dumb rule I know and no one likes that particular drink from the past I said oh andthey still won't take it back huh? Ok moving forward. I knew I should've left but I ordered a surf and turf, I had steak bitesbefore that were great so what the hey! Well the steak was a pile of salt on meat! The shrimps look like they were warmed in amicrowave and the mac and cheese taste like the milk was spoiled. If I return I just grab loaded fries as they've never messedup french fries before. Our waitress was rude and unwelcoming. She barely greeted us at the front, set the menus down on the table, and walked away for... us to figure out where she wanted us to sit. She came back 10 minutes later to take our drink order. She then came back another20 minutes later with our drinks. She then rushed us to place our food order saying they close at 11 pm and everyone in theplace needs to be cashed out by 10:45 pm. Why didn?t you say that before seating us or when you took our drink order? Whiletaking our food order she was very condescending. When we got our food she never came back to check on us. I didn?t think ourexperience could get much worse until talking to the owner, Chris. He lacks people skills and does not know how to talk to ortreat customers. It is not surprising the place is always dead. And how much longer can you use the ?I?m short staffed? excusefor your terrible service?! After talking with the owner I can see why no one wants to work there. I suggest avoiding thisestablishment and spending your money at another restaurant that treats their customers with respect and appreciates yourbusiness. Read more

Just another review of terrible service and solid food. We called ahead to confirm they would be open until the end of the... Michigan vs Michigan St game and they said they would be. We arrived and ordered our drinks once we were seated. 20 minuteslater we received our drinks (there were total of 20 people in the entire restaurant). Upon arriving with our drinks thewaitress advised the kitchen is closing and we needed to put in our food order right away (could have been mentioned when takingour drink order)! While watching the game and patronizing with 4 other patrons there (we were 5 and they were 4? so 9 total ofthe 20 people there), there was a curse word yelled and the ?owner? came and said to not swear again. Welp, there was anotherbad play 20 minute later and after we cashed out.. we were kicked out. This place has had terrible service before the pandemicand ever worse service after. Anyone who goes here must hate their life. Their Booth Wings are phenomenal but anyone who wantsto wait for 40 minutes for drinks and an hour for dinner should go elsewhere. Read more
