Not sure what is going on with this restaurant lately but they're often out of many things. I ordered a wrap today, which was... fine. But they were out of bottled Diet Coke. I got a found Diet Coke and it had zero fizz and the syrup was so light ittasted like weird flavored water. I also ordered Sun Chips and they were out of those as well. Last time I was there, therewas a sign on the door that listed every item they were out of. When I got to the door (This would be around noon or 1) theysaid they'd have to close because they didn't have enough supplies for the day. I came in here around 4:45pm. There was no one else there, the dining room was a mess and both employees were sitting down. I... told them i needed a few subs and they asked how many. I told them 3 foot longs and 2 6 inch subs. The girl helping me lookedat her co- worker and then told me they have a 4 sub limit. I said, so you won't make 1 extra sub? I have 5 in my family. It'slike 4 subs with 2 halves. She refused to make them. There was no one else there so it's not like anyone would have had towait. I then asked her if she was refusing to help me and she just looked at her co- worker again. I told her that i wouldjust take my business elsewhere. Then both workers gave me dirty looks. I left. I have never been so disappointed in abusiness before. To refuse to do your job and tell me its what your manager told you to do is wrong. Im sorry i have a biggerfamily and sitting around doing nothing is your priority. I won't be returning to this subway again. I work in the medicalfield and wish that i could sit down long enough to eat a meal or use the restroom. I see if first hand, no one wants towork, even when they have a job. Read more
I've been here twice the last week having pregnancy cravings for their steak and cheese I know they're busy but they should... focus on giving better service. I asked to have my subs extra toasted because the day before it was cold. They acknowledged mebut didn't put it in any longer about an hour after eating said sub I've been sick for the last day stomach cramps chillsthinking food poisoning from cold meat. Look. This place is horrific. Go somewhere else. First of all they have a fly infestation. One of my friends said they wrapped a... fly into a sub. Also the management is terrible, no raises, no breaks, everyone quit including the owners 2 sons. The owner isprobably gonna quit soon too. I?m telling you they are breaking a few health code violations. Oh and they didn?t pay $200 intaxes in 2019. Don?t go here don?t work here don?t even look over here.
