While Five Guys doesn?t tout themselves gluten free, the only gluten containing items are the buns. When I told them I had... celiacs on (11/18) the manager worked on my order himself. No one else touched my food and he took as many precautions aspossible including telling everyone that got near my food that this was a gluten allergy. 1st time ordering delivery. Ordered a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled onions mayo and bbq sauce. Small Cajun Fries.... Vanilla Milkshake. Order came within a reasonable time frame. Only problem was- there was no bbq sauce on my burger-which madefor a rather bland burger-and there was nothing I could do about it! My order was $33.00 including a generous tip. Just had a burger,fries with no drink that cost 20$. Is it good sure now is it a good value absolutely not! I got 2 meals with... drink and shake at A&W and Wendy's for around 30$ Five guys food quality definitely doesn't demand the 40ish % price increasecompared to the competition in my opinion. I can sit down at any restaurant and get a similar or better meal and pay less. Read more

I had bought food here over six years ago. Back than the food was great. I thought they sold the best burgers and fries in metro... Detroit. But now the burgers weren't that good. The fries had too much salt. Everytime you bite into them, your mouth felt likeit was burning. However the staff was great. They were very kind and hospitable. I really appreciated them. And that is a shamebecause if the food was better it would be a great place to get food. Read more
Order the bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce and barbecue sauce. Also ordered french fries and a... strawberry shake. Best thing about the meal was the strawberry shake. The burger was disgusting! The bacon was burned and therewas no barbecue sauce on it and for $12.29 I find this unacceptable! You need to get management or the owners back over there toretrain everybody in the building. Your French fries seem to soggy! When you have a family of four and you spend $90 onburgers,fries and shakes to expect something that's going to be delicious, not something that you take two three bites out ofand then offer to another family member because it's too disgusting to eat and they don't want it either! Placed an automated order, was incorrect, called immediately to have it corrected. Upon arrival to the store to pick up the... order, it had not been corrected and the staff didn?t know how to fix it, without starting over and cooking new good. Howeverthe food was correct in the bag( so overcharged $4). Read more
