Worst Dunkin? ever. Extremely slow, don?t go before work you?ll definitely be late. Gave them multiple tries as it is close to... home but they disappoint every time - wrong orders, burnt food, not opening the door during business hours to force you throughtheir slow drive thru. Front counter was closed, had to use the kiosk(6-8 people working behind the counter)so I did. Turned around to pick up my order... and the person had already got my coffee so they must have seen my order. Proceeded to ask me which donuts I wanted,???? Wouldhave been much easier and quicker for all involved to just take my order like in the good ole days!!!! Read more

They are constantly out of the dragon fruit drink. Instead of ordering more for the customers, they are ok telling you, that... they run out every week. If you don't get it by a certain day, you will miss out. It's so sad. I'm so disappointed in dunkindonuts. Customer service is not a priority ???? Read more

I am so p*ssed. I very clearly and obviously, via DoorDash, ordered two PLAIN bagels with egg and WHITE CHEDDAR cheese. This... location proceeded to give me two sesame seed bagels??? With American Cheese! I haate American cheese. Always have. That's why Iput white cheddar down. The app gave me options and I selected what I wanted. It should have shown up that way on Dunkin's side.They didn't even bother to contact me or have my dasher contact me about the change, though. So I'm excited to finally eat andmy order is wrong! (I'm just venting now, not blaming Dunkin for this but), as if that's not bad enough, DoorDash only issued me28% of what I paid for essentially the WRONG bagel sandwiches. Not even 50%. How wrong is that? My money has just gone to wasteat this point. But anyway, never will I order delivery from this Dunkin again. Thank goodness they got my coffee order correctat least . . . My experience was horrible the server emma has a bad attitude, I went there for a breakfast sandwich and she had a bad attitude... because I didn't want a cold sandwich. With barely any bacon on it, she tossed my bag with my food across the counter with anattitude tell the manager a guy with a hair cut around the sides and pony tail on top and glasses, white guy about the situationhe laughs with her and says nothing. If ahe wasnt a kid things could a have got worst be cause I felt disrespected. I will notspend any money at this dunking donuts again. It was a horrible first experience!!!! Do better with training your employeesabout customer service. Cause we make the business thrive without us you won't have businesses.... Read more

I specifically asked for cream cheese on both sides and this is what they did. I?m a very tired mother with a sick child and we... dropped my other son off at school and I went all the way there for the drive thru, the person at the window was very nice, butthis is ridiculous, it seems like when you ask for what you want, they don?t do it in spite! I?m very upset and disappointed inthis Dunkin?, I?ll probably not go back there now. So upsetting! Read more

I was excited to have another Dunkin in the area but my first experience here was terrible. I politely asked to get some... flavoring added to my drink because it did not taste sweet at all and when I got it back it was sickly sweet, they overloaded itout of spite. Also the hash browns I got were somehow burnt and overly greasy at the same time and tasted absolutely horrible.I'm never coming back to this location and I'm not surprised to see other bad reviews. I never leave bad reviews, but this Dunkin deserves it, as this is not the first time I have had a terrible experience with... them. I am not sure if they are under new management since they recently opened, but this place is exceptionally awful now.First of all, their inside isn?t even open so you have to wait in the drive thru line for mobile orders, which makes no sense tome. Today, I placed a mobile order about 10 minutes before I got there (like I always do) and the line was super long so I hadjust assumed they were short staffed and tried not to get impatient. I got there around 8:45 and didn?t get to the window until9:05 and my order wasn?t even ready even though I placed it 30 minutes ago. They hand me my drink and I had to wait for my food,after having an extremely bad attitude from the drive thru woman. Another woman hands me a bag of burnt hash browns and Imention that my drink is wrong but tell them it?s alright because I was already late for work, she just laughed and said?sorry?. She didn?t offer to refund me or anything, awful attitude. They also weren?t even short staffed, there was about 5people in there, one girl who was clearly working very hard, and the others just standing there. This place is an embarrassmentto Allen Park and I will not be going here anymore, I will just go back to my usual Starbucks.
