I was very excited when this opened but Today I ordered my usual two egg white muffin sandwiches, I usually go to Woodhaven... location. The chicken was not even half an inch thick, both sandwiches had almost no chicken on them. Also the chicken tastedlike it was made yesterday, was very dried out. I have them a two star because they were nice and had good service but itdoesn?t mean much when the food wasn?t up to standard. I highly recommend going to the Woodhaven location over this one. No straws for drinks, order 2 CFS, on receipt none in bag or on sandwiches. Just dry. Fries were just warm, not hot. Not pleased... at all. Read more
I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time however I will not be going back. They always mess up my order and forget stuff . Always a pleasure. Today was the first time I tried carside pick up; I may never get on line again lol. Mind you the lines are... SUPER long, but rarely ever a huge inconvenience because the staff executes and expedites the process flawlessly and theaccuracy of my orders have ALL been 98 to 100%. If I could change anything it would be too remove the $50 limit on in appordering; I was $6 over and had to remove items to be able to complete the order and it wouldn't allow me to place an additionalorder. Why is this the worst chick fil a in the country? I usually avoid this location like the plague but I was in the area today and... decided to give it another try. The only positive part of this experience was my order taker who was happy and kind. I placed myorder for a 12 piece nugget with Mac and cheese and frozen strawberry lemonade at 10:48 and didn?t receive my order until 11:10.22 minutes for fast food is atrocious not to mention they had to remake my drink because the order was wrong and my mac andcheese noodles are still raw. my boyfriend and I usually go here often and the food is usually fresh , this time i was so disappointed finding a cockroach... literally on top of my sandwich after waiting 45 minutes in curbside ? i then had to wait another 30 in my car waiting for themto bring me my new sandwich it was disgusting i had 3 other people and none of us wanted to eat our food after that. theyoffered to replace the sand which which we did take but i don?t know if we will be coming back to this location Read more
I?ve been so excited since this location opened; it was the first location in metro Detroit (aside from Oakland university and... Harper hospital). Lines were super long when they first opened, but it has definitely died down recently. Even when the lineswere long; the wait wasn?t as long as you?d expect. I visited earlier this week and I was reminded why I enjoy going there somuch. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. The gentleman that gave me my food even addressed me as Miss Paige (my name is Paige)and complimented my nails ???????? he was very sweet. Everyone there seems to really love their job and I?m happy to support acompany who apparently treats their staff so well. I?d also like to point out that they verify your order twice, with twodifferent people to alleviate any potential issues. I have been here probably 20 times and have never had a single problem withmy order. My personal favorite is the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with pepper jack ????. Perfectly spicy without beingpainful to eat. Fries are perfect. I love that their chicken nuggets are made with real pieces of chicken and not mystery slime.Oh, a s they have great Mac & cheese for a fast food place! Probably one of my least happy experiences with Chick-fil-a due to circumstances mostly beyond their control. I find that these... stores typically attract a much higher customer volume than the design can accommodate. Drive throughs are never long enough andkitchen and counter space is often insufficient. This store was packed with employees in the kitchen practically tripping overeach other trying to complete the many orders. I?m glad they removed a bunch of furniture to permit people to stand around towait for their orders to come out and get placed on the pick up shelves. When I finally got my order they had forgotten amilkshake and took another five minutes to figure that out. The food is always amazing and if it weren?t for that fact we wouldgo elsewhere? they really do have the best chicken sandwiches, best waffle fries, and best milkshakes around? Read more
