I know it is hard to find employees right now but if this is the best you find just close the store. Aside from pure unpleasant... demeanor from the entire staff I never even got my food. I went to this location to get the turkey dinner but was told they don?t have turkey anymore so Got chicken pot pie The inside... was not very warm and lacked a lot of flavor but the mixture of chicken and carrots and peas was good I also got the macaroniand cheese Which is very hot and delicious Read more
Employees are professional and nice, but the food was either too seasoned or not enough like too much in the broccoli for my kid... to eat but not enough in the Mac and cheese tasted watery. Didn't have any chicken after 7pm 9n Thursday night. Read more
Horrible customer service we showed up at 9:25 they acted like they didn?t have any food. Acted like they couldn?t give me any... change I said thank you and she replied with ?yup? you should hire people that appreciate working there?s tons of people withoutjobs that would love to sit in the air conditioning doing a brainless job like this. Date visited: Wednesday Where do I begin with this location? First off, this store appeared to be severely understaffed. I get... it...the pandemic and all....but when the employees are stressed out, it creates less than an optimal dining experience. Thewoman who took my order though was nice and attended to me promptly. I was getting stressed out though watching them try to keepit together, but they worked through it. Food: Apparently I've been living under a rock for the past year because I found outduring this visit that TURKEY has been scrubbed from the menu. That was my sole reason for eating at Boston Market over 15years. Because there was no turkey, I instead got a "chicken" market bowl with mashed potatoes, gravy and corn. It was good, butthree different times I had pick out either a piece of bone or the hard rubbery stuff from the mouthful of food I had. Not adeal breaker, just annoying. The food, however, was hot so that's a plus. The pop machine was working, but the soda dispensedwas on the warm side and was also flat (cherry coke and regular coke.) Given what I was witnessing with the employees, there wasNO WAY I was going to disturb them to switch out the Co2 tank. Overall 3/5 on this visit. I'm pulling for Boston Market goingforward. I've always enjoyed the food...and for a single guy who's not the greatest cook, Boston Market offers as close tohomemade as you're going to get. For that reason alone, I'm hoping the company can stay afloat. P.S.....bring back the damnturkey though! Read more
Ordered for for pickup. Ready at 8:08 and they have 20 plus minute wait in the drive thru. Won't bring it to curb because... they're short staff. They'd rather make you wait in line behind people who's food isn't even cooked, than take 30 seconds to runyour food out to you. Pathetic customer service Can't wait for cold food. Read more
Just placed an order today of chicken and rib family combo with a coupon and they forgot to put my Mac and cheese in the bag and... Customer service is HORRIBLE. Nobody answers the phone, when you do get an answer they're rude and hang up on you. I wish there... was a zero star option. They served me raw, undercooked meatloaf, gave me the wrong gravy (asked for brown/beef gravy and wasserved chicken), gave me a half empty cup, and rushed me through my order. Read more
