Store manager refused to cancel my mobile order: After I told her I?ll request cancellation through the app she immediately... processed the order which locked my ability to cancel it from app. I refused to pick up the order, she didn?t provide me withcustomer service number, instead she said she has the right to refuse providing service to me and closed the drive throughwindow while I was still asking her on how to get my refund. I found customer service number in the app. Unfortunately I?vebeen trying to call them over 4 hours (3 times with over 1 hour waiting average each time) no one picking up! Read more

Worst experience ever. Spent 65$ feeding my family of 7. Spent all this money at the self serve terminal to not receive a... receipt. Took several minutes to get my drinks at the pickup window as none were available like the order screen said therewould be. 3 people looked at me waiting and none acknowledged that I was there. Then having to argue that I am missing food thatI paid for. Everyone that was working looked as though they hated their job. I got 3 foul attitudes from 3 different people Idealt with. All 3 workers rolled they?re eyes at me for having questions or arguing that I?m missing food that I paid for. Maybeit was the crew I got, maybe it?s this location. Maybe it?s Wendy?s in general. I?m not sure. Had I known I was going to betreated so poorly I would have certainly eaten somewhere else. It seems as though the crew working did not want to do the jobthere are being PAID to do. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Will not eat at this Wendy?s again. Read more

I usually don't post bad reviews for fast food because I honestly don't expect much. I just expect to be treated with the same... respect that I give. My order has always been wrong at this location. Service is always slow. But tonight, the attitude I wasgiven takes the cake. Came here to pick up food for my kids- I don't eat fast food anymore. The person taking my order had anattitude but I try to be understanding that they work long hours and are treated badly by rude customers so I always meet themwith kindness. I was asked if I wanted to Donate to Dave's Foundation, I said yes. In return, you are supposed to get a couponbook for free frostys. When I paid, I asked for a receipt. She said it would be in the bag (not understanding why I can't havemy receipt after I pay so I can see what you charge me for). PLUS, as all the other reviews stated, this location gets orderswrong left and right. I didn't nit pick at it. Once I got my food, I checked the bag to make sure it was all there. I did notget my coupons. I informed the woman at the drive through. She said it was on the side of the bag inside, I told her it wasn'tafter I turned the light on in my car and checked. She gave me another one and in the most condescending way said "Well, lookslike you scored 2!", as if I was LYING about getting the coupon book. Oh yeah, and BTW, got home and there was no coupon book inthe bag ????. First, I have no reason to steal a coupon book. Especially not for those pinky sized frostys ????????. Iliterally just give them to my kids or forget about them. Secondly, I do not appreciate donating and then being met with thattype of attitude. I could careless about the attitude really but basically accusing me of taking something that cost a dollar?Had she been nicer, I prob would of bought 10 of those books. I guess I have just about had it with this location since it's theone closer to my house but I will just drive to the next city over. I filed a complaint with corpora Read more

Beware of charges. They voided a transaction and refused to give me a voided receipt. Manager claimed there was no transaction... yet there was one as I can log into my bank account and I showed the manager the transaction from Wendy?s at that precise time. She still refused to give me a voided transact receipt even after seeing the transaction went through. I now have to dispute viafraudulent charge with my bank. Ridiculous. Read more

No human beings available to take order. Kiosk use is required, and a significant challenge for myself, my son, and the 4 teens... that were struggling with it at the same time. Manager was unhelpful. We walked out. New and clean place, but completely emptyfor good reason. Read more

We went there for the first time. The store seems clean. I noticed they encourage everyone to use the kiosk to order then pick... up and they don't constantly staff a cashier. It makes using paper coupon a bit difficult because you have to select "pay bycash" and ask for a cashier to complete the transaction. The manager is friendly and helpful which earned them the 5 star score. Read more

BEST Wendy's for customer service and the manager is willing to help and is quick to notice anyone waiting or needing something.... I had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich on the self-serve monitors and it auto corrected it a BLT when the order came throughwhen I made it a meal. Sadly that does not come in spicy but I had already hit submit. Manager didn't even flinch when I toldhim what had occurred and switched the order. Fries came out piping hot and all the food was perfect. 10/10 would come back andrecommend. Read more

Wonderful enjoyable first visit! I took my daughter to this beautiful new Wendy's in Allen. We love visiting different places... together and she mentioned she would like to get a frosty at Wendy's so we tried out this location for the first time. Mydaughter loves the company history of Wendy's when she learned how the founder Dave Thomas named the restaurant after hisdaughter Wendy. The more details she learns about the company story, the more it interests and inspires her. The restaurant wasextremely clean, well lit, well decorated, nicely designed and smelled pleasant upon our arrival. We were greeted with warmwelcomes from several Wendy's team members and directed to order at the large self checkout order screens. First time using thisconcept at Wendy's (I've used it at McDonald's before) Using the automated machines to order was a good experience overallbecause it always takes my daughter a while to choose what she wants so it is more relaxing and enjoyable to order at our ownpace. To be able to browse the options on screen and decide while not having a cashier waiting nor lots of people behind youtapping their feet. Our payment transaction wouldn't process correctly on the self service machine at the end but the managerwas quick to come over and resolve it. We went to wash our hands before eating and this location has a commonly shared sinkwith soap located at the end of the hallway outside the bathrooms. The mirror was even LED illuminated, fancy and elegant forthat full "West Allen" experience we've become accustomed to :) My daughter and I had fun interacting with the tall interactivetouch-screen Coke braded pop machine (some people call them soda fountains or soft drink dispensers) because it offers you whatfeels like a million flavor combinations. She settled on a flavor for her drink and our food was then ready. What a workflow! Hot and nicely presented, after selecting the right accessories and condiments, we carried our food to the fro Read more
