They need to work on their breakfasts. They ain?t cut out for it. Horrible, horrible, horrible horrible.
The dining room is never open at 9 am like they say 8 times iv stopped here in 3 wks dining always closed
I went to this location last Saturday and placed my order at 12:40 but didn't receive my food until 1:20. I watched two... different people walk in with food in hand because their drive through order was wrong. I also watched two groups of Hispanicmen come in and not receive any service after standing at the front ready to order for at least 15 minutes. It turns out thatthe person taking the orders didn't speak Spanish and therefore didn't want to help these guys. The stress level behind thecounter was something you could feel and see. I don't fault the people at this location I fault the owner. He / She needs tohire more staff so they can not only help the customers but keep the store clean and well stocked. I feel bad for the staff thatwas there because they were just overwhelmed with orders and things that needed to be done. One of the staff was in her mid 60'sand was having to use a knee brace just to get around. The other two staff members were young and possibly new and werestruggling. Again to the owner please don't get angry with your staff just add to your team. There is a real good reasonChic-fil-a has such a large staff at all of their locations and its to make sure the customer is taken care of. This one was the worst Wendy's I've been too. I ate the food because i was hungry. Chicken nuggets...cold. Fries.....cold.... Drink....ice cold. Never again. At least at that one. Read more
Food was what people usually expected. Average yet quick. It's a clean place usually and gets food out pretty quick
Wow!!! You must need at least an hour and a half for lunch here. Walked in and another person came in just before me. He was... first in line at the cash register to order for about 12 minutes before someone took his order. While he was there a customercame up to the counter and asked for a refill. The person running the cash register said that he would be with him after hefinished the the order. He went over and refilled three drinks for the customer, said to me that he would be with me in alittle bit... He then went to the person working the drive thru, the person and the fryer, back toward the back, came backtoward the counter, turned around and back toward the person at the fryer. This was over 10 minutes after the person before mefinished his order. Wow!!! Over 22 minutes in line being the #2 person in the cue and they never asked for my order. No wonderwhy this company is going down the tubes. Thanks for letting me know that I need to avoid Wendy's in the future. Read more
This is my local Wendy's so I go there a lot. Wendy's is pretty consistent. I get exactly what I expect. My favorite is number 6... spicy chicken sandwich. I also enjoy the big bacon burger, but in moderation! Read more
The board at the door clearly says the place is open, but the lights are out and they only had take-out. We asked them why it... was closed and they said no one came so they closed it! We said we are here..6 of us. But they refused to open it. It was amatter of turning on the lights and unlocking the door! Speaks poorly about the chain.. Read more
