I don?t normally write reviews but had to for this because I was honestly surprised. I drove up around 9:35pm (location closes... at 10pm) to the drive-thru & was waiting there for about 6-7 mins & no one answered. So I began driving away & as I passed thefront, I saw one guy in the back by himself just standing there, & he was peeping out the front. I was like what? I drove backto see if he would answer at the drive-thru but no response. I drove back around the front & he did the same thing, stare out tothe front. The store didn?t close for another 25 minutes, what was he doing at the back not answering the drive-thru? Very weirdbehavior. Hope the owner sees this review & addresses this odd behavior. Read more
Not entirely sure how this Taco Bueno?s rating is so low. I had a pretty complicated order and it came out 100% correct and on... time. The guy working the window, who I think may have been the manager, was extremely attentive and nice to us. Food was goodtoo! Read more
We were SO excited to have a new Bueno on the block. But just a few months have gone by and it looks like an OLD Taco Bueno.... It?s dirty every time we come in. Not one table was clean. The floor was sticky everywhere from beverage spills. Employeessitting in the back eating while people wait to order. Just a big disappointment. Read more
I've been to this location several times now and it's always about the same level of service. Today I pull into the drive thru,... I'm the only car. I place my order and drive to the window, pay for my food and the cashier asked me to pull forward. I ask why,there is no one behind me and I only ordered 3 tacos and a burrito. He kind of shrugs. I say I don't see a reason to pullforward, if I do and my order is wrong or I need condiments you'll have to make a second trip. He pulls back inside and comeback to the window promptly and hands me a bag, I say thank you and get ready to leave. He then says no that's just yourcondiments, now please pull forward. Still no one behind me. I pull forward against my better judgement. 16 minutes later hewalks my soggy tacos and burrito out. I asked him if it takes 15 min for 3 tacos and a burrito and he just said "yes". I'venever done a review before but this location is constantly terrible, I sincerely hope the owners read this so they can correctthis atrocious customer service. Read more
When this place opened, it was staffed, clean, and prompt. In a short month, the exact opposite is now true. The store is dirty... slow and constantly understaffed. Taco Bueno has no pride in its brand new store. Read more
Been here a few times. I've never had an issue with the staff and my order has never been messed up. Occasionally my order is... messy though (like salad bowl that fell over before it was handed to me) and usually there are issues with the sound whenordering. It's Taco Bueno so it's obviously not getting a 5 star rating ever but I've never had any real issues with thislocation Read more
We went through drive thru yesterday night and our experience was awful. We were the only ones there, no other car was in the... parking lot nor drive thru. We order our food and pull up to the window. The boy at the window gives us our total, which heseems unsure about, we give him cash and as he's counting it a couple times he asked us to pull to a parking in the front. Hedidn't give us our change and he didn't give us our receipt. We wait a couple minutes and he comes to the window and gives us abag but no change and no receipt. We assumed everything was in the bag. Unfortunately when we arrived home, there were thingsmissing and our change and receipt wasn't there either. It was a terrible experience especially for a fast food place that wasdeserted at the time we went. It's crazy to think that they stole our money on purpose and probably didn't put in the order andthat's why they forgot some of our order. Read more
I was really excited to find out that there was a brand new Taco Bueno opening so close to my new apartment. I used to go to the... one in Mesquite at least once a week when I lived over there. Unfortunately, I regret to report that this particular locationleaves much to be desired. I don't know what's going on with this place, but whomever owns it clearly doesn't seem to care.Which is a shame, because Bueno is an excellent brand, and there should be plenty of business in the area with all the newapartments being filled with tenants and with all the construction going on. I gave it two stars instead of one because the foodis still pretty decent when it's prepared properly. Read more
