If I could give it zero stars I would. Didn't have some of the stuff we originally wanted. The stuff we did order did not come... the way we asked for it to be modified (simple stuff like no lettuce or no tomatoes). Everything was cold when we got home andwe literally live less than a mile away. It felt as though we had interrupted their nap time. The food came like it had beenpre-made and waiting for us (cold and soggy). Then, I call to try to speak to someone to leave some one on one feedback andtheir phone was off. The only way this experience gets worse is if it kills me or leaves me with a bad case of food poisoning.The night is still young, so let's just wait and see. Read more
I went through the drive through on 7/15/22 at 12:26am and Kyle T took my order. I have never been spoken to so rudely and... aggressively at a restaurant in my life. As soon as I pulled up to the screen to order he basically said what do you want andwas speaking so rushed and harshly that I could barely understand him. At one point he yelled "MA'AM" at me because I guess Iwas taking too long to give him an answer. When I pulled up to the window a lanky, dead eyed guy took my card, handed it back,and then rushed back around the counter to the seating area to get back on his phone. I went to this store to pick up two orders equaling to 30 bucks and this punk kid was there not working, and would not unlock... the door or allow me to go through the drive thru. He was just sitting by the window with his phone with a dumb smirk on hisface. Stealing money from the company. It was around 11:20pm at night. The store was supposed to be still open. He put a cone inthe way so people wouldn't be able to come and place orders. I'm out here trying to do a job to take care of my kids and thispunk kid wasn't worried about working. Ordered a total of 2 tacos and 3 bean burritos The 2 tacos had a sliver of meat and the burritos were not warm. I asked for 8... hot saucer and got 3. I would contact the management however I did not even get a receipt. Also I would post a picture howeverthis review is not letting it upload. Read more
EVERY SINGLE time I go, this is what my tacos are like. A mess and soggy. I will not use this location again.
