Ever since they remodeled this subway it's been downhill on service. Yesterday had a worker absolutely butcher "the outlaw" sub... from their "subway series". All the ingredients except for dressing are supposed to be put on before they toast it, I wasn'tpaying close attention and the worker toasted it before he put the onions and bell peppers so I had raw onions and bell pepperson my sandwich. It was so bad I wasn't even able to finish eating it. When my spouse went to pay for us, the man refused toaccept our coupon that was in the mail, and definitely still in date. He was also rude and just clearly had no idea what wasgoing on. We came here to give it a second shot since last time we came it was shoddy service. We will not ever be returning tothis location. Operated by desis and act as if they?re making subs in india They?ll put 4 tomatoes 4 cucumbers instead of 6 etc?cheap stuff... like that. Read more

My 10 year old son was given a Subway coupon for his good behavior at school and this location refused to accept it. SMH Subway.

Pretty rough experience. Male team member kept coughing into his shoulder. My wife cannot have bread products and he proceeded... to make comments like, ?women, right?? and ?women are so difficult?. Food was below average and tasted old. We will not return. Read more

Rude and self centered people works here. We arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes after placing an order on the app but the food... is still not ready even though there is no one in the restaurant. My fiancé who picked up the order came out of the store andwaited in the car for a few minutes then put a mask on and went into the store again. Upon entering, the male worker made asnarky comment saying ?why are you wearing a mask? I?m not sick. You think we are dirty??Since I have autoimmune disease, me andmy family have to be careful during covid. It?s a shame that the subway worker doesn?t care about others and thinks it?s hisduty to correct people based on his personal beliefs and thinks everything evolves around him only. After we got home, we foundout the sandwich we ordered was missing ingredients. Read more

I usually get great service but today is different. The server was not friendly at all. I ordered 3 footlong subs and there... are only very small amount of lettuce left and they looks old. I asked her if she can get a new batch of lettuce and she wasupset. I asked her if she is mad and she said yes. This is not the good service I normally get from Subway. Verydisappointed. Read more

If you can avoid this Subway, I would strongly advise you to do so. Ever since the new owners took over, this Subway has gone... down hill. They CONSTANTLY skimp on ingredients, they do not have a clue as to what good customer service means, nor do theyknow how to greet their customers. Today, I made the mistake of stopping in and ordering 2 subs. The man behind the counter, whowas preparing the subs was not wearing a mask upon us entering the restaurant. He was actually preparing a to-go order, whileunmasked. Hmmmm can you say health code violation? Should have turned around and left the minute I saw that. But instead I madethe mistake of ordering two footlongs instead. Per usual, the turkey sub only had 6 slices of thin turkey, while the other subthat was supposed to have had bacon on it, was made without any bacon and again, a skimpy serving of meat. We actually didn?tdiscover the missing bacon until getting home. We made another trip back to the restaurant to get what we ordered and paid for,but that didn?t go without a fight. The man behind the counter wanted to stand there and argue whether or not the sandwich wassuppose to come with bacon. I had to point to the menu behind him that had a picture of the sub for him to finally agree to addthe bacon. I mean really?! If you don?t know how to prepare items that are on your menu, you have no business running a sandwichshop. Let?s get it together! It?s no wonder their foot traffic has decreased so much. Read more

Takes them FOREVER to make anything and these little subs are like 2 bites cracked me up but actually was a good snack! Don?t... like their app either never works. Still love subway subs though despite all that! Read more
