The staff did not get my order correct and when I asked, the cashier was rude and snippy. Get a new manager please. I work in the mall and this is pretty much the only location to grab a bite to eat and a drink for... lunch and I hate going there. I miss their old manager Kim. She was always pleasant to talk to and always had good suggestionsfor drinks. Read more

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go; especially when its the middle of a outlet! A shopping day isn't delightful... without a cup of coffee to boost your energy up! I barely ever had to ever wait in a line, and you can come here whenever! Inthe morning to get a cookie, or maybe a coffee before work. You never know what a long day it'll be. I have never had such a demeaning experience in my entire life. My family and I were asked to leave while we had just placed our... order. How can they ask their customers to leave the establishment when the order had been placed. The staff were rude includingthe manager. Passionate staffs and they are all proactive and very friendly. They smiled all the time and service was quick. And social... distancing was controlled very well through dedicated staff. And it is located in the idle of Allen shopping mall and has goodaccess to visitors. Read more
