Truly do just appreciate this store and the employees. I go A lot (more than I care to admit) and they always make my drink the... best, are always nice and friendly, and are fast. This location does not know how to make cold foam. First cold foam turned out thick and gooey like the texture of condensed milk... or spoiled clotted milk. Cold foam supposed to be light and airy! Literally foam. Got them to fix the drink the second foamremake was just as thick but thank goodness the barista noticed and dumped it out and remade it. The final product was thinnerbut was still clotty. Not sure if it?s the freshness of the ingredients or what but they cannot make cold foam here. Avoid! Read more
Waited 20 minutes for an iced chai, 5 customers in the actual store, and could have probably gone 3 or 4 times through the drive... thru. Slowest Starbucks. Read more
This Starbucks always messes up my order, i i still come back and give them a chance but Today i asked for a pumpkin muffin and... got a loaf, not what i wanted after waiting a long time through the drive thru I refused to turn back. I just dont understandbecause the barista repeated the order but they still get it wrong. Read more
Normally i don?t mind a messed up drink here and there, it happens. but the past 4 times my drink has been made wrong. it?s just... an iced blonde vanilla latte. it also takes an absurd amount of time to wait at the window so i don?t want to wait more for itto be remade. today they confirm my drink at the order box, it?s correct, but once i received it at the window they said ?youwanted regular shots, right?? when the sticker clearly said blonde, and i confirmed blonde at the box. im not sure what?shappening here , also they didn?t put the proper amount of pumps in the drink. they didn?t offer to remake it, either. so i justtook it and left because i was already waiting there at the window for 8 minutes. I just started coming here because I got a new job a couple doors down I come here 8 times a week ,2 times a day once in the... morning before work then I come after work to get a drink again both morning and afternoon shift employees are so sweet andremember my order, my order is simple but it means a lot. I also get a hello and goodbye I?m lucky to be able to get breakfastand lunch at a good Starbucks just a couple of steps away from my job :) Read more
Drinks are always Fantastic at this location. They always have the cookies my daughter loves. Staff is polite & quick.
