I ordered a medium chili cheese tot with extra cheese. Since I was a manager at Sonic less than a year ago, I know what extra... cheese looks like. Mine didn't have any, so I asked for a remake. And they asked me to give them the wrong ones back. I can'tremember asking a customer to give back the food when I used to work for Sonic...we would just apologize for the mistake andmake sure the customer left happy. There were young kids there and they didn't know about great customer service until I told them. I had a super hard batch of... jumbo chicken bites, and I wanted to ask them, this time to make sure I don't this time around, and the speaker was not workingso the young man had to come out with a pen and paper and missed some things on my order. When I pointed it out they didn'tcare, but said to reorder and pay. Lol. Smh. So I ha5 to teach the young man that's not good customer service when it's yourissue. Ya know? at this point, I have two options. I can get upset about the bun on my burger being as hard as a rock and the burger... being dry af although I asked for mayo, (apparently this is mayo on their burgers) OR? I can accept the fact that the fast foodindustry has gone to hell in a hand basket and I should have gone with my first thought of going home and warming up leftoverspaghetti. At least I know that?s good. My Dr. Pepper is flat, and the tater tots are? meh. Every now and then you luck up on ahot and delicious meal from a fast food place, especially around lunch time. I usually wouldn?t leave a review like this but I feel like I have to for people?s safety. I mobile ordered a large Dr. Pepper... this morning, and it was the only thing on my order and I left a tip as well. The worker that brought it out to me was veryfriendly. When I took my first sip and the aftertaste was like someone dipped like an onion ring (or something battered andfried) in it but I figured it was just something of it being around so much other food in the kitchen. I looked inside andeverything looked fine. However, later during my drive to work I took another sip and it tasted like absolute pure grease. Ipulled over and threw the drink away at another place and got a new one there and it tasted perfectly fine. I?d like to give thebenefit of the doubt but I don?t see how a drink could taste like that on accident. I don?t see why someone would pour grease ina drink when it was mobile ordered and there was even a tip on a $1.50 drink. Or even if it was an accident, I don?t see howgrease could get into someone?s drink and it still be sent out for consumption. I love sonic and appreciate minimum wage workersworking so hard in tough times but this is really unacceptable. Read more
Very frustrated. Waited for 5 min in stall. Figured they were busy because other cars were waiting so used the app to order.... After another 10 min worker comes out to say they are closed even tho one hour until closing. said they could at least refund.Comes out 5 min later and says they can?t refund after all. Read more

The breakfast I ordered was very satisfying. Had a taste for the French toast and it did not disappoint. Nicely fried. The cook... even seasoned my eggs? or was the grill just dirty? Either way, it was good to me! Read more
