I do enjoy the smoothies, however I do not enjoy the interaction with one of their employees at THIS location ( store #1515) ..... her name starts with a T and ends with an A...she's a cute girl , with black ,short, curly hair ....not sure what her problem/problems are / is. I was telling a friend / neighbor about my ongoing experiences with this person ....she was very familiar with her attitude, says she STOPPED going to that location because of it....well I'm going to stop also,not worth the stress????. Every time I have been in this store has been wonderful. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello or good morning/afternoon.... Smoothies always taste great and I have never felt rushed. Sure, they have been busy at times and I have had to wait a bit, butthat comes with the territory. Places get busy and employees get bogged down. As a customer, I understand that, unfortunatelythere are others who do not. I'll continue to go back to this location to see the smiling faces and get awesome smoothies! Read more
This happened 10/22 Sat around 8:45 pm. Normally we go to a different location and have a great experience, but decided to try... this one. What a big mistake and waste of time. Walk in and what an unwelcoming feeling. Girl in front didn't say high oranything. Just passed us by as if we were interrupting her no customers inside time. Went to the back to get the guy to takeour order. Who then came out and did the same. No acknowledgement or anything. They just stood there giving each other asmirky smile. We said sorry to interrup and realize you don't want to help us. They then had the audacity to give thatridiculous dumbfounded "wha-a-a-t??"look; We left without ordering anything. Oh wait, he did answer one question. Asked ifthey had google pay and the guy said I don't know. We usually give the benefit of the doubt even if reviews are bad. We shouldhave read and not wasted our time in this case. Read more
