Just ordered Togo food through Uber Easts and as soon as I open my box got a major disappointment. Instead of Mayo( as listed on... website) I got a brown liquid .. did not find any smelt egg either .. this is not the first time they making such mistakes, buti always gave them a second chance . Wish I could leave zero stars. Me and my wife have been coming here for years but this place completely went down hill. The... sushi is disgusting and tastes old. I only had one piece and we paid and left. The worst part was my water had some kind ofslimey thing floating around in it which almost made me throw up. I will be contacted the city to get this place checked outbecause it?s dirty and the sushi is obviously old. Alaska sushi is my favorite. I order them all the time. Sometimes, they?re soooo good, a lot of crab meat and salmon, so... delicious. They?re literally disappearing from my plate in a few minutes ???????????? Sometimes, they?re not good at all, alittle bit of crab meat but a lot of rice. See the picture. CARE. Have eaten in many times, always great. Today I had take out and what kept coming to mind was care. The soup was taped... shut. There was a square of cardboard, between the sushi lunch and the kids chicken meal! I mean, that?s care. Care for thesushi being served, care for me in having a great food experience. They also gave utensils for kids & adults. They gave TWOkinds of soy sauce! Regular & low sodium! Who does that? No one. Except Shiawase. Bravo. The food was fresh, generous andtraveled well.
