I ate at this Allen location with friends and had the Bacon Avocado Cobb salad. This was my first time trying a salad at... Schlotzsky's so imagine my surprise when it was served with mayonnaise for salad dressing. I went back to the counter andrequested some red wine vinaigrette which was generously provided. When I sat back down, a friend asked how I liked my BaconAvocado Cobb. It was then that I realized that I had been served a salad without Avocado on it. Once again, I am back at thecounter trying to get my order right. The young lady attending me was cordial and apologetic and got me that missing Avocadoposthaste but it shouldn't take two tries to get a Bacon Avocado Cobb right, y'know? Everything else about my experience thisevening was exemplary. The restaurant was spotless, the food was great and even the service was just dandy. Update as of 5/3/2022: found some sort of plastic tape in my sandwich. Wish there was a 0 star option. 2020 review: I love... Schlotzsky's but seems like this location doesn't care about doing business. I parked at 8:50 pm and walked in at 8:51 pm butdoors were already locked. Outside lights turned off at 8:54 pm (closing time is supposed to be 9:00 pm). Read more
First time earing food from Schlotzsky's. I would rate my Smoked Turkey Breast sandwich as very good. I especially liked the ... toasted bun. Had just the right amount of crunch to it. Had a nice light touch of Mayo without making it too slippery to staytogether. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The smoked turkey was very flavorful and tasty. I would eat here again. Read more

Popped in here because hubby wanted the original sandwich, we could get our grandson a grilled cheese sandwich, and I could get... the vegetarian version of the original sandwich. There was a lot of meat on the original sandwich which we ended up sharing withour six-year-old grandson because he didn?t care for the grilled cheese sandwich. He frankly didn?t like the bread.
