Good experience here. We ordered 2 family meals and they got it mostly right except for the sauces we ordered online. But no big... deal. Ordered 5 piece dine for 2 meal with 2 sides on mobile order to take out today. Wait time is not terrible but still took about... almost 10 minutes standing at the counter to get my order. Opened my box up once I got home and first of all, one of the twosides was missing. Then there were only 4 pieces of chicken in the box instead of 5. How careless could you be when you fulfillthe order and you missed a piece of chicken and 1 entire side! Read more
This place always make you feel rushed at the window when you are trying to pay. I asked for 2 spicy drumsticks which should've... been $2.×× and they charged me for 2 biscuits & 4 spicy drumsticks. My drumsticks are not even spicy! Even if they needed moretime to cook it all they had to do was tell me that. Then I paid for a sprite and never got it. I was in a rush myself but theynever make sure you have ALL of what you paid for. I have had to circle back around to this place multiple times. They need tohire more people who can speak clear english and understand what you ordered. I called to file a complaint and the phone justrings and hangs up. I will be calling the manager regarding being overcharged again. I can tell by the reviews and my experiencethis location needs new management and a new staff. There are cars around the block at the drive through, so we decided to go inside to try to eat. There are employees inside who... have locked the doors and have their friends in with them, just sitting around not working. We have seen this several times, soit isn?t like we just caught someone on their lunch break. I wish their corporate would do something about this location. Weshould know better by now. Don't come to this one! The food quality is very inconsistent. The reason I went to Popeye is for their spicy chicken, but... sometimes it doesn't taste spicy at all. And there are times that they didn't separate the spicy ones from the regular ones, orgave me wrong number piece of chicken. The coleslaw tasted like from yesterday. The service is bad and staff are rude, too. Ilike spicy chicken and it's hard to get it somewhere else. But I'm not come back to this one for sure. Read more
