I ate my cup of chicken tortilla soup so fast I forgot to take a photo. It was however, full of finely shredded and tender... chicken, vegetables, and seasoned like a trip to paradise. We we dined in for appetizers. It was really quick to sit down and our waiter came and greeted us quickly. The food came out... super quick and it was hot. The cheese for the queso and stuffed peppers were not my favorite. All the rest of the food wasreally good and I enjoyed it. The waiter was the star! I can?t remember his name but he was great. Food was amazing. The salsa was too tier. Chimichanga & chicken enchilada were delicious and had very good quantity

While the outside looks kind of fancy, the inside is a bit modest and relaxed. This is not a bad thing, just not what we... expected from seeing the outside of the restaurant. The food is good and service was fine. It wasn't terrible but not sure Iwould say it would be in our family's rotation of places to eat out. 1st time here and will definitely be back. Very large portions; can be shared by two. Ordered 3 desserts to go: sopapillas; tres... leches cake & flan. All excellent & generous. The salsa was fantastic and heat hot! Ordered chicken and cheese enchiladas and ataco. All very good and the ground beef taco has to be my all-time favorite taco! Love it here. Read more

Geneen and I were hungry after watching the New Batman movie (excellent) and decided to try out Papa Lopez. We ordered the The... Sampler appetizer. It was perfect after eating a bucket of buttery popcorn at the movies. The stuffed jalapeño was really good,the flautist were better than most loaded with lots of chicken instead of crust, some beef nachos, queso in a big dip chip, andthat hit the spot for us. The music was great but the spot lights above are a little blinding. Otherwise great dish, Ricardoserved us and was extremely friendly and was on top of his game!
