First time trying this location. Katy was my server/bartender. Super nice and friendly. Very attentive. Food and drinks were... delicious and service was exceptional. I think sometimes I will skip the Dallas Parkway location to come to this one due to theservice and location ( so many things to do near the restaurant. ) Also, I don’t know if it matters but I really like theyaccepted Apple Pay. Pf Chang's Salt and Pepper Prawns -My post reflects my personal restaurant experience at Pf Changs on July 21, 2022. - The... Prawns have a slightly strong buttery flavor/semi chili taste. I wanted to gives these a try. I rate them at about a 6 (1-10scale), they are not great but not bad. Loved the orange/yellow colored sauce as it had a Wasabi flair to it. I dipped thePrawns in the sauce and got a nose-tingling burn which I liked. - I paid extra and got the fried rice. I was reallydisappointed in the fried rice as it lacked flavor, I give the rice a 6 also. - Ambience (8) /Cleanliness (7)- upon being seatedI had to brush rice off my seat before I could set down. The restaurant lacks a freshness. Service- my server did an adequatejob. Price for lunch $$. -My total restaurant experience Score (7). I came here with my husband and children. Upon walking in we saw a guy picking up leaves and small pieces of trash outside. We... later found out it was the operations manager. His name is Aaron. Honestly it was so nice to see someone at his position thatactually cared for the appearance of the restaurant and doing the job himself. He made sure our food was fresh and great. Keptchecking on us and was just all around amazing. This location is phenomenal and it’s clearly because of his dedication to hisjob. It’s not everyday you see an operations manager on top of everything especially after the pandemic. I highly recommendthis location and we were very happy to have come across Aaron on our way in. Our go to place for special occasions. Have been visiting for birthdays anniversaries for last 9 months, but could not visit for... last 2 years due to Covid. We went there last week again, felt very nice. Food was great. Was busy on Thursday. Dynamite shrimpand lettuce wraps are our favorite. Read more
Took my wife here for mother's day and we were not disappointed. I had the Northern Style ribs for an appetizer and it was... ????????????. My wife had the ???? wonton and they were awesome she said. For our main dish she had salt & pepper prawns, I hadthe pepper steak ad my son had orange chicken. All three dishes were very satisfying and delicious. Our server Lee was greatand she made a lot of great suggestions. She is a rock star and made sure we had a great experience. We will be back. Read more
Absolutely love the decor, ambiance and food. Our server Austin was on top of it!! He cleaned up after each course and had... drinks ready right when we needed it! Definitely not a rookie at serving. Made us feel like we were fine dining at a Mechlinrestaurant. Read more
Lots of really good options including some of the classics. They also have meal options from other parts of Asia. Food came out... quickly after we ordered. Mostly hot, although one or two were lukewarm. We liked the tea, there's also also tap/regular wateravailable. They were friendly and the place was very decent. It was quite quiet at lunch time (today) so we could eat herewithout the fear of crowds. Would recommend a visit. Read more
