I purchased a Chocolate chocolate chip on Saturday, 11/14/21. I did not check the bag while I was in the store.(first mistake) ... When I got home and open the bag I could not believe my eyes the cake did not have icing! The cake was extremely dry. Moneywasted. Never never again will I ever go to this location again. Wanted to order a tier cake for an event. Placed order online , their website gives no option at order placement for requesting... a tiered cake, with or without decorations. Usually most shops call or email clients on their order follow up- called the shopto have it tiered prior to pick up and they say we can't do it as you didn't order with decorations, only decorations ones wetier. Which isn't true as I have had gotten plain frosted ones tiered too. It's unfortunate that even their shift lead couldn'thelp or try to solve an issue . Used to have better service before. Read more
