A great place for Fro-Yo. They have seating inside and outside, very close to the children's play area, so parents can just grab... one before/after the playtime. They have a variety of froyo flavours, including no sugar options, and also a good range oftoppings in dip sized boxes, you get to pick your choices, head to the counter, weigh your froyo and toppings, pay for them.Froyo cakes are sold as well. Please beware of the management at this business location. My daughter and three of her friends visited this frozen yogurt shop... on 09/17/2022. My daughter and her friends were immediately under surveillance by the shop manager and/or owner from the momentthey walked through the door. While sampling a couple of the frozen yogurt sample selections, the shop manager approached mydaughter and her friends within minutes of them being in the store and stated, ?you all need to buy something or leave becauseyou all are holding up the line.? Although, they were not in a line and nor was anyone else in a line. He then said to mydaughter and her friends that ?those samples aren?t for you all.? One of her friends informed the manager that they do intentto purchase a yogurt. The manager then proceeds to walk away. My daughter and her friends hurried up and made their selectionand started to build their yogurt that they were going to purchase. They were in the process of applying the toppings to theyogurt when the manager approached them again and started loudly and repeatedly telling them to leave the shop while motioningwith his hands for them to leave. My daughter and her friends put down the yogurt that they were making to purchase and exitedthe shop. The shop manager then stood in front of the doors to make sure that they could not reenter. In total, my daughterand her friends were only in the yogurt shop for about 5 to 7 minutes before being made to leave. Also, when my daughter and herfriends first entered the shop, they were told by the non-management staff behind the sales counter that they could sample theyogurt selections. So, it?s really shameful that the manager and/or owner would try to deter them from sampling by telling themthat ?those samples aren?t for you all.? Kicked me (Filipino) and my friend (African American) out of the store. Me and my friend were singled out of our group, and he... kicked only us out. We left the store no problem and we sat at the outdoor table with another friend. He came back later andtold us that we had to leave or he would call security. He only singled me and my black friend out and not my other friendsitting at the table. My friend's parents stepped in. Great family-friendly place! It was our first time. My son had a gift card from a school leadership award. Very nice of this... business to participate with the school. Customer service was great. 2 young ladies greeted us and asked if it was our firsttime, then explained everything. The yogurt stations and toppings areas were surprisingly clean. All toppings are individuallywrapped in containers so there's no mess ot things getting cross contaminated (nut allergy friendly). Well definitely return! Read more
