The only store i know when you show up between 11pm and 2am but they can't take your order because their computers are... down...every night! Also, Mcdonalds in general, the only business where you literally have to be in the parking lot to usetheir app...what's the point?! Read more
I specifically came to McDonald's to come to the play area for my little kids to play in the A/C after I finished working since... the A/C at our house isn't working at the moment and it was a scorching 109 out. After I was given my food, the employee told methe play area had closed at 7pm. The only reason it was still open was he was waiting to notify people until after a large groupleft, so I grabbed my kids from playing in the play area and ate in the general seating area. Little did I know that the playarea closes at 7pm (and reopens at 9am) for cleaning/sanitization. I know this is the age of covid but that's 3 hours beforeclosing (and 3 hours after opening) . I just wanted to relax in the A/C while the kids could play. The hamburger we ordered waswrong (ordered just ketchup but had all the fixings on it), but we didn't complain until leaving since I couldn't leave my kidssince we were in the general seating area far away from the ordering area. Haven't been in years & last night was disappointing . My biggest pet peeve, .....When I've waited in line for 10 minutes,... repeated my order several times, get to the window & they ask what I ordered, I repeat, they bring order, drinks have little tozero ice, & my food is COLD! I?m visiting from Georgia and I have never been more impressed with a McDonald?s. First their ice cream machine was working ????... then the customer service was excellent. Not one time was I given an attitude when I had special requests. Next the food was hotand fresh. I got breakfast and lunch from there. Read more

I like taking my boys here. Not a bad place and it's got something for 2 years and under. It's a huge play place compare to... other ones. There's 2 ways to get to the top or big slide. Kids can either climb all the way up or there's a staircase thatthey can walk up there. The mid range slide shares the same climb path as the big slide. So if you kid does not want to go allthe way up, they can stop and go to the yellow (mid range) slide. The big slide is quite easy to get to because of thestairway, and just one tunnel across (which you can easily see through because of the netting type). I am not going to commenton the cleanliness because this is a McDonald's. No place is in perfection when it comes to sanitation. Read more
